Make a Claim

Identify the type of claim you need to file (i.e. health, travel, motor).

Collect all required documents depending on the claim type. These include: medical reports, receipts, and other relevant paperwork.

Submit your claims and documents following the steps described for the respective claims types below.

Once we receive your claim, we’ll review the documents and may reach out if additional information is needed. 

After claim submission, check on the status of these claims via My Income app or customer portal. You’ll be notified once there’s an update.
