It usually takes 20 working days to process your claims after all required documents are received.
Your claims must be made within 30 days of the insured incident.
All relevant documents and information must be submitted together with your claims.
Tell us why you are making a claim
- Medical Report – Attending veterinarian to complete the medical report form attached in the claim form
- Clinical summary showing procedure performed and finding (if available)
- Medical bills/receipts
- Completed clinical examination form by veterinarian, if this is not submitted during policy application
- Death certificate or cremation certificate of pet
- Tax invoice/receipt for euthanasia, cremation, funeral service and/or handling expenses
- Completed clinical examination form by veterinarian, if this is not submitted during policy application
- Letters or writ of summons from third party with supporting documents, if any
- Medical bills, payment receipts and doctor's memo stating diagnosis, cause and severity of injury bearing third party's full details (full name, NRIC no and contact)
- A copy of police report filed (if any)

Ensure that the overall size of your email attachment(s) does not exceed 30MB.
For medical claims, keep the original medical bills/receipts for six months as we may request for them on case-by-case basis prior to settlement of the claim.

Insurance benefits will be paid to the pet's registered owner, who is the policyholder, regardless of whether the treatment costs were paid by another family member.
You may submit a claim under Section 1 – Clinical and Surgical Benefit (per policy year) for assessment only if your pet undergoes a surgical procedure requiring the use of general anaesthesia, subject to the policy terms and conditions.

Yes. The policy does not cover any claims directly or indirectly caused by or arising from sickness that occurs or recurs within the first 90 days from the start date of the first policy year.
Under the Furrific Plan, coverage is provided for non-surgical treatment due to accidental injury only.
