Make a Claim
Our claim philosophy is to be prompt and fair in the settlement of all claims. We will process your claims within 14 days upon receipt of all documents.
To make a claim, please submit your travel claim form together with the required documents and email to [email protected] the competed claim form with a scanned copy or picture of all required supporting documents.
Do ensure that the overall size of your email attachment(s) does not exceed 30MB.
For medical claims, keep the original medical bills/receipts for six months as we may request for them on case-by-case basis prior to settlement of the claim.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please contact Income or visit the GIA/LIA or SDIC web-sites (www.gia.org.sg or www.lia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg).
