Terms and Conditions

1. A person who meets the following conditions (“Eligible Person”) is eligible to apply for the Qualifying Policy:

    a. Applicant completes a financial review with Income Insurance’s RFS advisors from 18 May 2024 to 19 May 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”);
    b. Applicant provides a valid email address and Singapore registered mobile number;
    c. The insured is between 60 days old and 65 years old (inclusive) as at the date of application;
    d. Where the insured is less than 16 years old, the applicant shall be the parent or legal guardian.

2. A person shall not be eligible to enjoy this Promotion if the insured to be covered under the Qualifying Policy had signed up for or had in force the same PA coverage at any time within 4 months from the date of application.


3. This Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policy issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policy are specified in the policy contract.


4. An Eligible Person is entitled to purchase only one Qualifying Policy during the Promotion Period.


5. Confirmation of the issuance of the Qualifying Policy will be sent via email and SMS to the email address and mobile number provided by the Eligible Person within the application form for the Qualifying Policy, or such email address or mobile number as updated by the Eligible Person by notice in writing to Income Insurance.


6. Income Insurance reserves the right to reject the application of an Eligible Person if Income Insurance deems that the Eligible Person is in breach of his/her/their obligations, whether under these terms or conditions or otherwise, and/or to be engaging in potentially fraudulent activities.


7. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer, person or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotion.


8. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.


9. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.


Important Notes

We pay this benefit if you die or become permanently disabled within 90 days from the date of accident. The permanent disability benefit is subject to the scale of compensation as shown in the Policy Contract.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. Personal Data Use Statement

By providing the information and submitting this application or transaction, I consent and agree to Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) , its representatives, agents, relevant third parties (referred to in Income Insurance’s Privacy Policy at https://www.income.com.sg/privacy-policy), Income Insurance’s appointed insurance intermediaries and their respective third party service providers and representatives (collectively “Income Insurance Parties”) to collect, use, and disclose any personal data in this form or obtained from other sources, including existing personal data provided, any future updates and subsequent information on my health or financial situation (collectively “personal data”) for the purposes of processing and administering my insurance application or transaction, managing my relationship and policies with Income Insurance including providing me with financial advice/ financial planning services, sending me corporate communication and information on products and/or services related to my ongoing relationship with Income Insurance, conducting consumer profiling/data analytic/research, which includes data matching based on personal data collected by Income Insurance, its affiliates, business partners and/ or NTUC Enterprise group of social enterprises (“NE Group”) where required for Income Insurance, its affiliates, business partners and/or NE Group, to develop, improve and/ or customise their products/ services and/ or to provide me with their respective products /services, and in the manner and for other purposes described in Income Insurance’s Privacy Policy.


Where the personal data of another person(s) (for example, personal data of the insured person, my family member, employee, payee/payor or beneficiary) is provided by me (whether in this or subsequent submissions) or from other sources to Income Insurance Parties, I represent and warrant that:

    • I have obtained their consent for the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data; and
    • I am authorised to give any authorisation and approval on their behalf,

for the purposes as set out in this Personal Data Use Statement.


I agree that if my policy(ies) premiums are paid by third-party payor(s), I consent to the use and disclosure of my/insured name(s) and relevant policy(ies) information by Income Insurance to such third-party payor(s) for the purposes of processing and/or administering premiums payments for my policy(ies).

I understand that Income Insurance’s Privacy Policy available on its website may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Income Insurance from time to time.

We at Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) value our customers and would love to share exclusive offers (such as rewards, privileges, events and discounts) and information about products and services (“Marketing and Promotional messages”) offered by Income Insurance and its business partners.


By applying for this complimentary 6 months Personal Accident Insurance coverage and submitting this online application form, you consent and agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by Income Insurance and its representatives and agents, for the purposes of contacting you via postal mail, email, phone call and/or Phone messages* to (i) send you Marketing and Promotional messages; (ii) conduct survey; and (iii) offer you financial planning services.


*Phone messages include text, picture, video and audio message that are sent to your telephone number via SMS, MMS or messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat.


You consent to receive Marketing and Promotional messages above is in addition to any previous marketing consent to which you may have provided to Income Insurance.

All consent given to Income Insurance Parties in sending you Marketing and Promotional messages will remain valid until Income Insurance is notified that the consent has been withdrawn. Income Insurance will process your request within 10 days, and you will stop receiving Marketing and Promotional messages after 21 days only for the mode(s) of communications indicated in your request.
