1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income”) is offering
i) $3,000 welcome coverage (“welcome insurance coverage”)
ii) $5,000 free SNACK Accident coverage (“free accident coverage”) and
iii) Free 30 days Viu premium ("30 days Viu premium”)
under this Promotion, to applicant whom successfully links a Lifestyle Activity and have boosted any SNACK Insurance product for the first time via the SNACK App, subject to this Terms of Offer.
2. The Promotion is valid from 13 December 2022 until 31 January 2022 (inclusive of both dates) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. You will be eligible for the welcome insurance coverage based on Clause 3 of the Terms and Conditions of SNACK Insurance Coverage Welcome Promotion and free accident coverage and 30 days Viu premium under this Promotion if:
- you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
- you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
- you have successfully signed up for an account using referral code “VIUDEC” on the SNACK App for the first time during the Promotion Period.
- you have successfully started any SNACK Insurance product and linked a lifestyle activity in steps 1-4 here and boosted any SNACK Insurance product in steps 1-3 here.
4a. If you sign up between 13 to 31 December 2022, you are eligible to receive:
i) the welcome insurance coverage, it will be based on Clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions of SNACK Insurance Coverage Welcome Promotion
ii) the free accident coverage will be reflected in your SNACK Insurance (Accident) portfolio by 28 February 2023.
iii) the 30 days Viu premium will be sent to your SNACK registered email by 28 February 2023.
b. If you sign up between 1 January to 31 March 2023, you are eligible to receive:
i) the welcome insurance coverage, it will be based on Clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions of SNACK Insurance Coverage Welcome Promotion
ii) the free accident coverage will be reflected in your SNACK Insurance (Accident) portfolio by 15 May 2023.
iii) the 30 days Viu premium will be sent to your SNACK registered email by 15 May 2023.
5. The Promotion is valid for one-time use only by each eligible applicant under this Promotion.
6. This Promotion Terms and Conditions does not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Promotion Terms and Conditions and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
7. Income reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Promotion Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
8. Income reserves the right to replace the welcome insurance coverage, free accident coverage and the vouchers with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.
9. The use of the welcome insurance coverage, free accident coverage and the vouchers or Replacement Item shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant that issued the welcome insurance coverage, free accident coverage and the vouchers or Replacement Item.
10. Income shall not be liable to any applicant or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the use of the welcome insurance coverage, free accident coverage and the vouchers or the Replacement Item (if any).
