In this Terms of Offer the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to them below:
- “Promotion” means the SNACK Fiesta Promotion.
- “Income” means Income Insurance Limited.
- “SNACK App” means the SNACK BY INCOME mobile application.
- Eligible SNACK Products means any of these SNACK Products - SNACK Accident, SNACK Critical Illness, SNACK Life or SNACK Investment.
- "SNACK Pack" means SNACK Self Care Pack or SNACK Chillax Pack.
- “SNACK Investment” means the micro investment linked policy in the SNACK App.
- “Investment” or “Invest” means a purchase of units from selected sub-fund using premiums or investment credit.
- “Lifestyle Activity” means one or more actions that the policyholder has selected in the policy application via the SNACK App to perform the lifestyle activity requirement which upon our receipt of the confirmation by the activity source of the policyholder’s completion of the lifestyle activity requirement and premium payment, will result in the issuance of this policy.
- "Voucher" for this Promotion will be in the form of eCapitaVoucher.
- ”Premiums” means the amount of money that was used to buy the Eligible SNACK Products, SNACK Pack premium is not included.
Promotion and Offers
1. Income is offering the following under this Promotion:
i) $400 Voucher if applicant successfully start and complete the “Special $4,000 Premium Challenge” (the “SNACK Special $4,000 Premium Challenge”);
ii) $20 Voucher if applicant subscribe and successfully made payment for at least one SNACK Pack (the “One SNACK Pack Challenge”) and successfully completed SNACK Special $4,000 Premium Challenge;
iii) $30 Voucher if applicant subscribe and successfully made payment for two SNACK Packs and successfully completed SNACK Special $4,000 Premium Challenge; (the “Two SNACK Pack Challenge”); and
iv) $20 Voucher if applicant is a new user of SNACK Investment and successfully links a Lifestyle Activity to SNACK Investment for the first time via the SNACK App. (the “New SNACK Investment User”).
2. The Promotion is valid from 16 October until:
i) 26 November 2023 (inclusive of both dates); or
ii) The total value of Voucher issued under this Promotion cumulatively reaches $150,000,
whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).
Applicant Participation Eligiblity
3. You will be eligible to participate in this Promotion if:
i) you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident;
ii) you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iii) you have a valid SNACK account;
iv) you have an active and valid SNACK Investment Policy and turned on your Auto Invest;
v) you have completed the Customer Knowledge Assessment Form (CKA) via the SNACK App when you sign up for the SNACK Investment; and
vi) you have submited your application for SNACK Investment and the relevant information required by Income via SNACK App.
Vouchers Eligibility & Voucher Issuance
4. You will be eligible for the respective Voucher under this Promotion if:
i) SNACK Special $4,000 Premium Challenge - $400 Voucher
a) you have successfully started the SNACK Special $4,000 Premium Challenge via the SNACK App under Challenges and issued $4,000 worth of premiums successfully and completed the Challenge within Promotion Period, and
b) you have not cancelled or withdrawn your SNACK Investment before the issuance of the Voucher.
ii) One SNACK Pack Challenge - $20 Voucher
a) you have successfully issued one SNACK PACK;
b) made payment for the SNACK Pack and you have not cancelled or withdrawn the SNACK Pack before 31 December 2023;
c) completed the SNACK Special $4,000 Premium Challenge.
iii) Two SNACK Pack Challenge - $50 Voucher
a) you have successfully issued two SNACK PACK;
b) made payment for both the SNACK Pack and you have not cancelled or withdrawn any of the SNACK Pack before 31 December 2023;
c) completed the SNACK Special $4,000 Premium Challenge.
iv) New SNACK Investment User Challenge - $20 Voucher
a) you have successfully linked a Lifestyle Activity to SNACK Investment via the SNACK App for the first time during Promotion Period.
5. If you are eligible to receive the Voucher for:
- SNACK Special $4,000 Premium Challenge; and
- One SNACK Pack Challenge or Two SNACK Pack,
you will receive the Voucher by 15 January 2024. The Voucher will be sent via an email to your email address registered in the SNACK App.
6. If you are eligible to receive the Voucher for New SNACK Investment User Challenge, you will receive the Voucher by the end of the following month. The Voucher will be sent via an email to your email address registered in the SNACK App.
7. Each applicant shall only be entitled to the Voucher once, under this Promotion when the applicant completes the Challenges only via the SNACK App.
8. The Voucher is non-exchangeable for cash or benefit in kind.
9. You agree that your right to redeem the Voucher under this Promotion is subjected to you meeting all the eligibility criteria as set out in this Terms of Offer.
10. If you fully withdraw your monies from the SNACK Investment before the Voucher is being issued, the Voucher will be deemed to have been forfeited and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.
11. Income reserves the right to replace the Voucher with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time for any reason whatsoever without prior notice and after which you shall have no further claim to the Voucher.
12. The Promotion is valid in conjunction with other challenges and promotions offered by Income.
13. This Terms of Offer does not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Terms of Offer and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
14. Income reserves the right to change, suspend (in whole or in part) this Terms of Offer and /or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice.
15. Income shall not be liable to any applicant or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the use of the Voucher or the Replacement Item (if any).
16. Usage of the Voucher is subject to the merchant’s terms and conditions of use. Income shall not be responsible or liable the Voucher and/or for any losses, injuries, damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses, or harm suffered or incurred or in connection with the receipt, use or enjoyment of the Voucher by any person.
17. Income is not the merchant of the Voucher. Income shall not be responsible for and neither does Income provide any warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness of a particular purpose and non-infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the a Voucher.
18. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income and the merchant of the Voucher. Neither is the Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name or merchant of the Voucher, including with the products and services offered by the merchant.
19. Incomeʼs decision as the organiser of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
20. In the event of any inconsistency between this Terms of Offer and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, this Terms of Offer shall prevail.
