In this Terms of Offer the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to them below:
- “Promotion” means the SNACK x Income Acquisition Promotion
- “Income” means Income Insurance Limited.
- “SNACK App” means the SNACK BY INCOME online application.
- “Eligible SNACK Products” means any of these SNACK Insurance Products - SNACK Accident, SNACK Critical Illness or SNACK Life.
- “SNACK Accident” means the micro insurance Accident policy in the SNACK App.
- “SNACK Life” means the micro insurance Life policy in the SNACK App.
- “SNACK Critical Illness” means the micro insurance Critical Illness policy in the SNACK App.
- “Lifestyle Activity” means one or more actions that the policyholder has selected in the policy application via the SNACK App to perform the lifestyle activity requirement which upon our receipt of the confirmation by the activity source of the policyholder’s completion of the lifestyle activity requirement and premium payment, will result in the issuance of the policy.
- "Premiums" means an amount payable for a policy issued upon for any eligible SNACK Products.
1. Income is offering the following:
i) $3,000 welcome coverage (“welcome insurance coverage”) and
ii) $10 foodpanda voucher (the “welcome voucher”)
under this Promotion, to applicant whom successfully signs up for an account and started any Eligible SNACK Products the first time via the SNACK App;
iii) and additional $10 foodpanda voucher (the “voucher”)
under this Promotion, to applicant whom successfully pays for their first SNACK micro-insurance premium via the SNACK App, subject to this Promotion Terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion is valid from 1 June 2023 until 30 June 2023 (inclusive of both dates) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. You will be eligible for the welcome insurance coverage based on Clause 3 of the Terms and Conditions of SNACK Insurance Coverage Welcome Promotion and welcome voucher under this Promotion if:
- you are a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
- you are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
- you are an Income staff during time of sign up;
- you have successfully signed up for an account using referral code “INCOME23” on the SNACK App for the first time during the Promotion Period;
- you have successfully started any SNACK Insurance product and linked a lifestyle activity in steps 1-4 here.
and will be eligible for the voucher under this Promotion if:
- you have successfully boosted any SNACK Insurance product in steps 1-3 here
- issue out a paid micro-policy of any SNACK Insurance product (premium of any amount) during Promotion Period.
4. If you are entitled to receive:
i) the welcome insurance coverage, it will be based on Clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions of SNACK Insurance Coverage Welcome Promotion;
ii) the welcome voucher and voucher will be sent via an email to your email address registered in the SNACK App by 31 Jul 2023.
5. The Promotion is valid for one-time use only by each eligible applicant.
6. This Promotion Terms and Conditions does not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Promotion Terms and Conditions and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
7. Income reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Promotion Terms and Conditions without any prior notice
8. Income reserves the right to replace the welcome insurance coverage, welcome voucher and voucher with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.
9. The use of the welcome insurance coverage, welcome voucher and voucher or Replacement Item shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant that issued the welcome insurance coverage, welcome voucher and voucher or Replacement Item.
10. Income shall not be liable to any applicant or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the use of the welcome insurance coverage, welcome voucher and voucher or the Replacement Item (if any).
11. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income and merchant or manufacturer of the welcome voucher and voucher or Replacement Item. Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant or manufacturer.

- The relevant policy contracts shall be made available to the applicant via the SNACK App.
