In this Terms of Offer the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
• “Income” means NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited;
• “Participating merchants” means SNACKUP Brands/ SNACKUP participating merchants that are participating in this SNACK GIVES BACK 2021 Campaign as listed on the SNACK App at https://www.snackbyincome.sg/snackgivesback”.
• “SNACKUP Policy” means complimentary SNACK Product issued upon the purchase of good and services from any of the SNACKUP Brands/ SNACKUP participating merchants listed on the SNACK App in accordance to the terms and conditions as set out under the SNACK App;
• “SNACK Product” means Income SNACK insurance products offered in the SNACK App
• “Visa” means Visa Worldwide Limited and/or any of its related companies;
• “SNACK App” means the SNACK BY INCOME online application; and
• “Lifestyle Activity” means one or more actions that the policyholder has selected in the policy application via the SNACK App to perform the Lifestyle Activity requirement which upon our receipt of the confirmation by the activity source of the policyholder’s completion of the Lifestyle Activity requirement and premium payment, will result in the issuance of the policy.
1. Income is offering the following:
i) A complimentary SNACK Product with $200 coverage for every SNACKUP Policies with $100 coverage that you have accumulated following your purchase of goods and services from the Participating merchants via the SNACK App. For avoidance of doubt, the above complimentary SNACK Product with $200 coverage and the SNACKUP Policies with $100 coverage shall be the same SNACK Product;
ii) any one of the following items, on a first come first serve basis, (“Sure-Win Gift”) to the applicant that has been issued with at least 6 SNACKUP Policies from any of the Participating merchants during the Promotion Period:
a. Sustainability Starter Kit from UnPackt (worth $33);
b. 2 Cold-Pressed Juices from Juice Stories (worth $27);
c. Healthy Snack Gift Box from Boxgreen (worth $29.90);
d. Organic Compostable Coffee Capsules from No Harm Done;
e. 10 Compostable Nespresso® Compatible Capsules worth $9.90; or
f. Complimentary SNACK Accident Policy with $5,000 Coverage under the SNACK App (Note: This is only applicable for winners that have been issued with an existing SNACK Accident Policy); and
iii) A SNACK Merchandise package to the top 10 SNACK users who accumulated the most SNACKUP Policies following their purchase of any goods and services from the Participating merchants via the SNACK App.
SNACK Merchandise package includes the following items:
a. SNACK Branded T-Shirt;
b. SNACK Branded Mug;
c. SNACK EZ-Link Card;
d. SNACK branded Astro Stress Ball; and
e. SNACK Collapsible Cup
collective known as the “Prize”, subject to these Terms of Offer (“SNACK GIVES BACK 2021 Campaign”).
2. The Promotion is valid from 11 June 2021 until 25 June 2021 (inclusive of both dates) (the “Promotion Period”).
3. You will be eligible to participate in the SNACK GIVES BACK 2021 Campaign if:
i) You are Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR);
ii) You are between 18 – 61 years old (inclusive of both years);
iii) You have signed up for an account or have an existing and valid SNACK account on the SNACK App
iv) You have successfully linked a Lifestyle Activity to a SNACK Product via the SNACK App; and
v) You have successfully connected your Visa card via the SNACK App to start accumulating coverage with the selected Lifestyle Activity during the Promotion Period.
4. You will be eligible for Sure-Win Gift if:
i) You have been issued with a minimum of 6 SNACKUP Policies following your purchase of any goods and services from the Participating merchants via the SNACK App.
5. You will be eligible for a SNACK Merchandise package if you are one of the top ten SNACK users who have accumulated the most SNACKUP Policies following your purchase of any goods and services from the Participating merchants via the SNACK App.
6. Each eligible applicant shall only be entitled to receive only one Sure-Win Gift under the SNACK GIVES BACK 2021 Campaign, regardless of the number of successful purchases of goods/ services from the Participating merchants via the SNACK App.
7. Each winner of the Sure-Win Gift will be entitled to choose one Sure-Win Gift as listed on the SNACK App from 2 July 2021 to 8 July 2021(inclusive of both dates) subject to this Terms of Offer.
8. The winner of the Sure-Win Gift shall redeem the Sure-Win Gift in accordance to the instructions provided to the winner by Income via a push notification on the SNACK App by 2 July 2021. The winner must redeem the Sure-Win Gift between 2 July 2021 to 9 July 2021 (inclusive of both dates) (the “Sure-Win Gift Redemption Period”). Failing which, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited his or her right to the Sure-Win Gift and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.
9. The Sure-Win Gift winners and Merchandise package winners will received information on how to redeem the prizes by 16 July 2021.
10. The Sure-Win Gift winners will receive the Sure-Win Gift and the SNACK Merchandise Package by 31 July 2021.
11. Income reserves the right to replace the Prize with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.
12.This Terms of Offer do not affect or change any term of the policy contract issued to you. If there is any inconsistency between this Terms of Offer and any term of the policy contract, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.
13. Income’s decision in connection with the award of the Prize under the SNACK GIVES BACK 2021 Campaign is final.
14. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.
15. The SNACK GIVES BACK 2021 Campaign is not valid in conjunction with other incentives and promotions offered by Income.
16. Income shall not be liable to any applicant or party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the use of the Prize or the Replacement Item (if any).
17. Save and except where it has been expressly agreed upon in writing by Income, Income is not the manufacturer or merchant of the Prize or any Replacement Item, and provides no warranty in respect of it. Income shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness of a particular purpose and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Prize or any Replacement Item unless agreed upon otherwise in writing by Income.
18. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income and the manufacturer or merchant of the Prize or any Replacement Item. Neither is this promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the Prize or any Replacement Item.
19. Income reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the SNACK GIVES BACK 2021 Campaign without any prior notice.
