1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering the following promotion (the “Promotion”) subject to these Terms and Conditions:

1.1. A customer shall be eligible to enjoy the discount (the “Discount”) set out in the table below with the purchase of the following policy (“Qualifyling Policy”) and in accordance with the respective premium amount(s) paid:

1.2. A customer shall be eligible to receive complimentary 7GB SIMBA Travel eSIM(s) (the “Promotional Gift”) in the amounts set out in the table above with the successful purchase of a respective plan(s) under the Qualifying Policy (as defined in Clause 1.1).

1.3. Income Insurance is offering the Discount to new applicants who successfully purchase the Qualifying Policy (as defined above) submitted via:

i. Income Insurance website online at income.com.sg/buy/travel-insurance; 

ii. Income Insurance advisors; 

iii. Any Income Insurance branches; 

iv. The Travel product hotline 6788 1222; or

v. My Income Insurance App

2. A customer shall be eligible to enjoy the 50% off Promotion with the purchase of any of Income’s Travel Insurance Classic Per-trip plan, Deluxe Per-trip plan and Preferred Per-trip plan. In addition, a customer who purchases Preferred Per-trip plan shall be eligible to the following:

2.1. Preferred Per-trip Plan – Individual: 1 x complimentary 7GB SIMBA Travel eSIM  

2.2. Preferred Per-trip Plan – Group: 1 x complimentary 7GB SIMBA Travel eSIM for each traveller

2.3. Preferred Per-trip Plan – Family: 2 x complimentary 7GB SIMBA Travel eSIMs

Details of complimentary 7GB SIMBA Travel eSIM(s)

A. Each SIMBA 7GB Travel eSIM consists of 7GB of Roaming data to over 60 countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, French Guiana, French West Indies, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Laos, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Romania, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vietnam.

B. Each 7GB SIMBA Travel eSIM is valid for 30 days from day of activation.

C. Each 7GB SIMBA Travel eSIM will be sent to a customer as a unique QR code via email to the email address provided in the customer’s application form after successful application, within 7 days before policy departure date. A customer who has a policy departure date that is less than 7 days upon purchase, will receive the unique QR code via email to the email address by the next day.

For the avoidance of doubt, a customer who has purchased Income Insurance’s Standard Per-trip Travel Insurance Classic Per-trip plan or Deluxe Per-trip plan shall not be eligible to receive complimentary 7GB SIMBA Roaming eSIM(s).

3. Applications for the Qualifying Policy must be submitted to Income Insurance from 19 May 2025 09:00hrs to 3 June 2025 09:00hrs only (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), and premium payment must be successfully received by Income Insurance during the Promotion Period for the customer to be eligible to enjoy the Promotion.

4. A customer may not enjoy this Promotion in conjunction with any other promotion and/or incentive offered by Income Insurance.

5. The Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policy issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policy is specified in its policy contract.

6. Income Insurance will issue a redemption email to customers eligible to enjoy the Promotion one month after each relevant Qualifying Policy is issued, provided that the Qualifying Policy is not terminated.

6.1. The redemption email will be sent to the email address provided in the application form submitted by the customer. No hardcopy letter will be sent.

6.2. The Promotional Gift must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions and terms set out in the redemption email, failing which the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her entitlement to the Promotional Gift, and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.  

7. An administrative charge of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) will apply to any changes made to any Per-trip Qualifying Policies issued under this Promotion. This administrative charge is in addition to any additional premiums which you will have to pay for making changes to the Per-trip Qualifying Policies such as extending the period of insurance or adding a new insured person. The 50% Discount on premiums payable will also no longer apply as a result of any changes to any Per-trip Qualifying Policies issued under this Promotion and the extra premiums.

8. An administrative charge of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) will also apply for cancellation of any Per-trip Qualifying Policies issued under this Promotion. This administrative charge excludes the prevailing administrative charge stated in the policy conditions for cancellation of policy. There is no premium refund for Per-trip Qualifying Policies which are cancelled after the start date of the policy.

9. A customer and the insured persons are not eligible for this Promotion if the customer cancels or has cancelled any existing Income's Travel Insurance policy re-purchases the Per-trip Qualifying Policies for the same duration and destination.

10. Income Insurance reserves the right to demand from the successful applicant the full value of the Promotional Gift for Qualifying Policy which is issued but terminated by a customer, and the customer shall immediately pay Income Insurance such amount demanded. The full value refers to the stated worth price in Clause 1.1 above, or the face value of the Promotional Gift.

11. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Promotional Gift with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.

12. The Promotion, Discount, Promotional Gift and Replacement Items(s) are not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.

13. Usage of the Promotional Gift and/or Replacement Item(s) shall be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).

14. Income Insurance is not the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s) and provides no warranty in respect of the same. Income Insurance makes no warranties and shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).

15. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotion, Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).

16. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income Insurance and merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s). Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s)  

17. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.

18. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.
