^The qualifying period are for renewals commencing from 17th April 2024 to 31st December 2024 (inclusive of both dates).

  1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering the following promotion(s) (the “Promotion”) for the period of 17 April 2024 to 31 December 2024, subject to these Terms and Conditions:
    1.1. A customer shall be eligible to receive the relevant STAR$® (the “Promotional Gift”) in the amounts set out in the table above with the early renewal of Qualifying Policy(ies)
    1.2. Payment of premium for the Qualifying Policy must be made by way of the yearly mode and payment of the first premium after the renewal must be successfully received by Income Insurance.
    1.3. The customer must have:
          1.3.1. before 1 January 2025 –
         (i) received a renewal email from Income Insurance to renew the customer’s relevant Qualifying Policy; and
         (ii) clicked on the “Renew Online” button in the said email; and
         1.3.2. successfully submit the application for renewal of the relevant Qualifying Policy(ies) via Income Insurance’s website within 15 days of receipt of the renewal
        email (inclusive), but in any event no later than 31 December 2024.
  2. A customer who has their vehicle registered under a company’s name will not be eligible for the promotion.
  3. A customer may not enjoy this Promotion in conjunction with any other promotion and/or incentive offered by Income Insurance unless otherwise advised by Income Insurance at the point of application.
  4. Applicants who are unable to successfully transact online on Income Insurance’s website due to claim(s) history will not be eligible for the promotion.
  5. The Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policies issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policies are specified in their respective policy contracts.
  6. Income Insurance will issue a redemption email to customers eligible to enjoy the Promotion 1 month from policy effective date, provided that the Qualifying Policy is in-force as of that date.
    6.1. The redemption email will be sent to the email address provided in the application form submitted by the customer when the customer first applied for the Qualifying Policy, or as updated by the customer to Income Insurance in writing before the issuance of the redemption email. No hardcopy letter will be sent.
    6.2. The Promotion Gift must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions and terms set out in the
    redemption email, failing which the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her entitlement to the Promotion Gift, and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.
  7. Income Insurance reserves the right to demand from the successful applicant the full value of the Promotional Gift for Qualifying Policies which are issued but terminated or lapsed within 30 days from the Qualifying Policy issuance date, and the customer shall immediately pay Income Insurance such amount demanded. The full value refers to the Singapore dollar equivalent of the amount of STAR$® or the full amount of STAR$® provided by Income Insurance as in Clause 1.2 above, to be determined at Income Insurance’s discretion.
  8. The Promotional Gift is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.
  9. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Promotion Gift with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.
  10. Usage of the Promotion Gift and/or Replacement Item(s) shall be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s).
  11. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort   (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotion and/or use of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s).
  12. Income Insurance is not the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s) and provides no warranty in respect of the same. Income Insurance makes no warranties and shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s).
  13. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income Insurance and merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s). Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s).
  14. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.
  15. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion (including the issuance of the Promotion Gift and Replacement Item(s)) shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC).
