1 Contents means any physical and movable household items or personal belongings including money and valuables kept within the premises that belong to you or your family members. But it does not include, amongst other items, motor vehicles, pets and items connected with your business or trade. Please refer to the policy contract for the exclusions and the benefit sub-limits for each type of content.
- Income is offering a 30% discount on the first 3-years premiums payable to applicants who successfully purchased Income Enhanced Home Insurance 3-year plan (“Qualifying Policy”) from 2 March to 31 May 2023 (inclusive of both dates) (“Promotion Period”) via:
i. The Income website online at https://insurance.income.com.sg/enhanced-home-insurance;
ii. My Income Insurance App; or
iii. Income advisors; or
iv. Any Income branches; or
v. The Home product hotline 6788 1111.
The Qualifying Policy will receive a 15% discount for subsequent renewals. - To qualify for this Promotion:
i. New business applications to purchase the Qualifying Policy must be submitted during the Promotion Period and the purchase is successful;
ii. applicants enter or quote a valid promotion code “HOME30” in the applications to purchase the Qualifying Policies; and
iii. premium payment must be successfully received by Income during the Promotion Period. - This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
- This Promotion is not applicable to Enhanced Home Insurance 1-year Plan.
- Income reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Promotion without any prior notice.
- Income will have the final decision on all matters regarding this Promotion. No appeal will be entertained.
- The Discount is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.
- This Promotion does not affect or change any term of the policy contract for the Qualifying Policy. If there is any inconsistency between any term of this Promotion and any term of the policy contract for the Qualifying Policy, the term of the policy contract shall prevail.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC).
