The majority of our insurance products can be paid for via GIRO.

Policyholders will be informed if GIRO is not available.

Apply for GIRO at https://me.income.com.sg/ and get an instant approval with one of the banks in the eGIRO scheme.

You can make payment at AXS stations for:

  • Life Policy renewal premiums (excludes top-ups for investment-linked plans)
  • Life Policy loans
  • Consumer loans
  • Medical Insurance
  • Golfer’s Insurance
  • Motor Insurance

Please quote the 11-digit Bill Reference Number or 10-digit Policy Number stated on the payment notice. You can also scan the barcode which can be found on your payment notice at the AXS station.

Step-by-step instructions are provided on the  AXS Website  /  App  to guide you. If your payment is to be made for more than 1 policy, you will need to perform separate payment transactions for each policy.

For Life Policy loans, please quote the 11-digit Loan Repayment Reference Number.

Life Insurance

  • You can pay your first premium via credit card if you are applying for a regular premium policy.
  • There is no cap on the amount to be deducted but it has to be within your credit limit with the bank. At this moment, there are no charges for payment of first premium via credit card.
  • We do not accept credit card payments for subsequent renewal premiums or for single premium plans.

Other types of insurance

  • You can pay your lump sum premium via credit card for the following products.
    • Foreign Maid Insurance
    • Golfer’s Insurance
    • Home Insurance
    • Motor Insurance
    • Personal Accident Infectious Diseases Plan (PAID)
    • Personal Accident Insurance
    • SilverCare Insurance
    • Travel Insurance
  • Instalment cases are only allowed for Motor Insurance (only for DBS/POSB and OCBC credit cards).
  • For Foreign Maid Insurance applications via phone, the cardholder must provide the 3-digit CVV security code in order for us to effect this transaction.
  • You can also pay the lump sum premium via credit card on My Income online portal for the following products:
    • Golfer’s Insurance
    • Home Insurance
    • Motor Insurance
    • Personal Accident Infectious Diseases Plan (PAID)
    • Personal Accident Insurance
    • SilverCare Insurance

If you are a DBS/POSB, OCBC or UOB account holder, you can make payment via internet banking for:

  • Life Policy renewal premiums (excludes top-ups for investment-linked plans)
  • Life Policy loans
  • Consumer loans
  • Medical Insurance
  • Golfer’s Insurance
  • Motor Insurance

Please quote the 11-digit Bill Reference Number stated on the payment notice.

For Life Policy loans, please quote the 11-digit Loan Repayment Reference Number.

You can make payment on My Income online portal for the following:

  • Life Insurance premiums (exclude ILP top-up and policy loan repayment)
  • Golfer’s Insurance
  • Home Insurance
  • Motor Insurance
  • Personal Accident Infectious Diseases Plan (PAID)
  • Personal Accident Insurance
  • SilverCare Insurance

NETS payment is available for all our insurance products.

Cheque payment is available for all our insurance products, other than those purchased via BIX (Business Insurance Xpress). For products purchased via BIX, you can make payment via PayNow QR, Credit Card or Virtual Account.

  • Please make your cheque payable to Income Insurance Limited and write the following information on the back of your cheque: 
    • Your reference number
    • Name
    • Contact number
  • Please post your cheque to:

Official receipts will only be generated upon request. Please send an email to csquery@income.com.sg or call our Income hotline with the following information:

  • Policy Number
  • Payment details (e.g. Cheque No, Cheque Amount)

We will generate the official receipt and send to you within five working days.

Note: No receipts will be issued for GIRO deductions. Policyholders / Bank Accountholders can check if the deduction is successful in their bank statement or when the passbook is updated.
