Exclusions
There are certain conditions whereby the benefits under this plan will not be payable. You can refer to your policy contract for the precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the plan. The policy contract will be issued when your application is accepted.
1. We do not cover the following type of events:
- Pop/ rock music concerts (e.g. Electronic dance music by DJs)
- Trade fairs with rides (e.g. Carousel ride in a children’s clothing exhibition)
- Alcoholic beverages events (eg. Beer Fest)
- Political events
- Marathon
- All types of contact sports (Boxing, Football, Ice/ Field & Floor Hockey, Soccer, Wrestling, Basketball, Diving, Lacrosse, Rodeo, Skiing/ Ski Jumping, Water Polo, Team Handball, Baseball, Cheerleading, Softball, Rugby, Gymnastics, High Jump/ Pole Vault (not to exclude if part of school athletics), Volleyball)
2. Any claims from negligent act and/or omission of:
- Exhibitors
- Food & beverage operators
- Speakers, entertainers, performers, artistes, models, vendors
- Contractors who built/ erect/ dismantle the stage, lightings, tents, pontoons & etc. for the event
- Participants/ attendees of the events
3. Liability arising from the use of:
- Drones, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and Camera Dolly
- Flashes, smoke, flames, fireworks or any other pyrotechnics driven effects
