Terms & Conditions

1. Roadshow request is subject to the venue availability based on the dates provided.
   
   
2. Priority will be given first to Roadshow Location 1 on the (max) 3 dates indicated. If Roadshow Location 1 is not available on either of the dates, next priority will be given to Roadshow Location 2 on the (max) 3 dates indicated, and so on.
   
   Example:

   In the scenario above, we will proceed to book FP Marsiling (26 Nov – 02 Dec 2018).
   
   
3. For FairPrice locations, Agency Promotions will proceed with the booking once the venue is available in the period requested.
   
   
4. Cancellation rate applies as follows:
   • 1 month or more from the roadshow commencement date: 50% of rental rate
   • Within 1 month from the roadshow commencement date: 100% of rental rate
