Income Insurance Appoints Khoo Kah Siang as Chief Executive Officer

SINGAPORE, 25 September 2026 – Income Insurance Limited (Income Insurance) today announced the appointment of Dr Khoo Kah Siang as Chief Executive Officer. Subject to regulatory approval by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Dr Khoo’s appointment will be effective 23 January 2027. His appointment reflects Income Insurance’s continued focus on strong governance, leadership continuity and long-term sustainability.

Dr Khoo succeeds Mr Andrew Yeo, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Mr Yeo joined Income Insurance in 2015 and was appointed CEO in 2019. The Board extends its appreciation to Mr Yeo for his commitment and contributions throughout his tenure.
Dr Khoo brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector spanning actuarial, regulatory, finance, and P&L leadership roles. He has held senior roles across the insurance industry and public sector, including at Great Eastern, Manulife and the Monetary Authority of Singapore, building on his early career in actuarial consulting. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer, Emerging Markets, at Manulife Asia, where he oversaw a portfolio including Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia and Myanmar. In this role, he was focused on driving sustainable growth across these markets to create diversity for the enterprise.
Dr Khoo holds a PhD in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science, both from the University of Kent.
