Income Insurance accepts court judgement and offers condolences to the bereaved family

Income Insurance Limited (Income Insurance) refers to the district court’s judgement to award damages to the family of the late Mr Ko Wah. The family had filed a third-party civil claim against our motor policyholder.

The company accepts the court’s judgment and recognises that we should have handled this matter better.

Mr Andrew Yeo, CEO, Income Insurance, said, “I would like to extend our deepest condolences to Mr Ko’s family. We recognise the importance of balancing claims processing standards with empathy.
