📢 Our fourth winner has been revealed!

1.       Income Insurance Limited (“Income”) is offering the following promotion subject to these Terms and Conditions:

1.1.     With the purchase of any non-Travel policy (“Qualifying Policy”) from 8 November – 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), eligible customers (customers who have purchased a Travel policy in 2023 – 2024) will qualify for a weekly lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) if they apply for at least one (1) Qualifying Policy during the Promotion Period. The Qualifying Policy needs to be purchased after the Travel policy for the customer to qualify for the lucky draw.

1.2. A non-Travel policy (“Qualifying Policy”) refers to any personal insurance policy¹ excluding Travel policy.

1.3. Qualifying Policy excludes SNACK and TRIBE.

1.4. Qualifying Policy should not be a policy renewal.

2. To be eligible for the Promotion in paragraph 1.1, the application(s) for the Qualifying Policy i. for Life & Health must be submitted to Income between 8 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive), ii. for General Insurance must be issued Income between 8 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).

3. The Lucky Draw is organized by Income and is open to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents of Singapore and holders of a valid Singapore employment pass, work permit pass, long term visit pass and student pass, aged 18 years and above. Staff, Financial Consultants & Insurance Advisors² of Income are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.

4. Each policyholder will be accorded one chance to win in the Lucky Draw for every Qualifying Policy successfully submitted, regardless of the number of insured persons.

5. Income reserves the right to claw back the cost of the prize awarded if the policy is cancelled within the 6 months from the policy submission.

6. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on the following dates at SGT 1500 hours in public by a manager of Income and witnessed by one Internal Auditor and two individuals who are members of the public at Income Centre, Bras Basah Branch, 75 Bras Basah Road, Singapore 189557. The results will be posted on Incomeʼs website (income.com.sg).

7. Each week, all eligible entries will be entered into a computer database and one (1) winner will be picked out of the total eligible entries using a random generator computer software.

8. The name of the first person picked randomly will be awarded Klook e-Gift Cards of SGD 1,200 each. All eight (8) prize winners will be given a redemption letter in their name for the prize awarded to them and they must collect the prize in person at Income Centre, Bras Basah Branch, 75 Bras Basah Road, Singapore 189557 within sixty (60) days from the date of the conduct of the Lucky Draw. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and donated to charity of Income’s choice after the sixty (60) days period. No re-draw of winners will be conducted.

9. Income is not responsible for any computer software or communication failure in connection with or arising out of the use of the computer or any software to generate the winners of the Lucky Draw.

10. All winners will be notified by email within 7 days and ordinary mail within 2 weeks from the day the Lucky Draw is conducted.

11. Incomeʼs decision as the organiser of this Lucky Draw is final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence nor appeals will be entertained.

12. The prize is not exchangeable for vouchers or any benefit in kind.

13. A customer may enjoy this Promotion in conjunction with any other promotion and/or incentive offered by Income except for their participation in the Lucky Draw.

14. The Promotion and Lucky Draw do not affect or change any term, condition, and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policy issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policy are specified in their respective policy contracts.

15. Income reserves the right to replace the Lucky Draw prizes with item(s) of similar value (“Replacement Item(s)”) in its sole discretion.

16. Usage of the Replacement Item(s) shall be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant or manufacturer of the Replacement Item(s).

17. Under no circumstances shall Income be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs, and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotion and/or use of the Replacement Item(s).

18. Income is not the merchant or manufacturer of the Replacement Item(s) and provides no warranty in respect of the same. Income makes no warranties and shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Replacement Item(s).

19. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income and merchant or manufacturer of the Replacement Item(s). Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant or manufacturer of the Replacement Item(s).

20. Income reserves the right to vary or amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion and the Lucky Draw in its sole discretion at any time without prior notice to customers.

21. Income’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion (including the issuance of the Replacement Item(s)) shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.
