[CLOSED] How do I participate in the Lucky Draw?
Travel policyholders who meet the following eligibility will be automatically enrolled for a chance to be one of our eight winners in our largest Lucky Draw of this year:
- Purchased Travel Insurance in 2023 or 2024, and
- Purchased another Personal Insurance1 product (excluding Travel Insurance) between 8 November and 31 December 2024
Weekly Draws will run from now till 31 December 2024. No form filling will be required.
1Personal insurance refers to Life and Health as well as General Insurance (Personal Accident, Home, Domestic Helper, Pet and Motor Insurance) policies.

Purchases made on these products will not count towards your Lucky Draw chance:
1. Any form of travel insurance (Single trip, Flexi, Annual, OSPP, etc.)
2. Snack Insurance
3. Tribe Insurance
Yes, purchases made through any channel - online, through your advisor, or any method - will qualify you for a chance in the lucky draw.
Only new policy sign-ups are eligible for this promotion.
All winners will be notified by email within 7 days and ordinary mail within 2 weeks from the day the Lucky Draw is conducted.
All eight (8) prize winners will be given a redemption letter in their name for the prize awarded to them and they must collect the prize in person at Income Centre, Bras Basah Branch, 75 Bras Basah Singapore 189557 within sixty (60) days from the date of the conduct of the lucky draw. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and donated to charity of Income's choice after the sixty (60) days period. No re-draw of winners will be conducted.
