[1] Premiums will be charged on an hourly basis subject to a minimum premium payable that is equivalent to 6 hours of coverage, and capped at $3 per day.

[2] You must sign up for the coverage prior to leaving Singapore, except if the post-departure purchase extension under Section 25 of your policy contract applies, and end your coverage upon arrival in Singapore. If you are intending to make a claim under Section 6 of your policy contract - Shortening your trip, you are not to shorten your trip, as your period of insurance needs to include the whole duration of your original trip.

1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering the following promotion(s) (the “Promotion”) subject to these Terms and Conditions:

1.1. A customer will qualify for a lucky draw (the “Lucky Draw”) set out in the table below with the purchase of the following policy (“Qualifyling Policy”):

2.1. The application for the Qualifying Policy must be submitted via:

2.1.1. Income Insurance website online at income.com.sg/buy/flexitravel-plus-insurance; 

2.1.2. Income Insurance advisors; 

2.1.3. Any Income Insurance branches; 

2.1.4. The Travel product hotline 6788 1222; or

2.1.5. My Income Insurance App

2.2. The application for the Qualifying Policy must be submitted to Income Insurance from 1 May 2026 to 31 October 2026 only (the “Promotion Period”).

2.3. Premium payment must be successfully received by Income Insurance during the Promotion Period.

3. The Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policy issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policy is specified in its policy contract.

4. Each customer will be:

4.1. Accorded a chance to win in the Lucky Draw for every Qualifying Policy successfully issued, regardless of the number of insured persons.

4.2. Notified via an email of their eligiblility for the lucky draw two (2) days after their travel end date.

5. The Lucky Draw is organized by Income Insurance and is open to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents of Singapore and holders of a valid Singapore employment pass, work permit pass, long term visit pass and student pass, aged 18 years and above. Staff, Financial Consultants & Insurance Advisors of Income are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw. The premium of Qualifying Policy that meets the criteria in paragraph 1.1 above must be paid upfront and received by Income during the Promotion Period for a customer to be eligible for this Lucky Draw.

6. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 8 January 2027, 2PM at Letrain Redemption Centre: 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock2, Singapore 059763.

7. All eligible entries will be entered into a computer database and one (1) winner will be picked out of the total eligible entries using a random generator computer software. Income Insurance is not responsible for any computer software or communication failure in connection with or arising out of the use of the computer or any software to generate the winners of the Lucky Draw.

8. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days from the day the Lucky Draw is conducted. The results will be posted on Income Insurance’s TravelFlexi Plus promotion page (income.com.sg/flexitravel).

9. The winner must contact Letrain Events & Marketing Pte Ltd and redeem their Lucky Draw Gift from Letrain Redemption Centre: 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock2, Singapore 059763, within sixty (60) days from the date of the conduct of the Lucky Draw. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and donated to charity of Income Insurance’s choice after the sixty (60) days period. No re-draw of winners will be conducted.

10. Income Insuranceʼs decision as the organiser of this Lucky Draw is final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence nor appeals will be entertained.

11. The Lucky Draw Gift is not exchangeable or transferable or any benefit in kind.

12. An administrative charge of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) will apply to any changes made to any Qualifying Policy issued under this Promotion. This administrative charge is in addition to any additional premiums which you will have to pay for making changes to the Qualifying Policies such as extending the period of insurance or adding a new insured person. If you are required to pay additional premiums for making changes to the Qualifying Policy, and these extra premiums are payable after the Promotion Period, the Discount shall not apply to these extra premiums payable.

13. An administrative charge of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) will also apply for cancellation of any Qualifying Policy issued under this Promotion. This administrative charge excludes the prevailing administrative charge stated in the policy conditions for cancellation of policy. There is no premium refund for Qualifying Policy which are cancelled after the start date of the Qualifying Policy.

14. A customer shall not be eligible for this Promotion if the customer cancels or has cancelled any existing Income's Travel Insurance policy and re-purchases the Qualifying Policies for the same trip duration and destination.

15. Income Insurance reserves the right to demand from the successful applicant the full value of the Lucky Draw prize provided to the customer for any Qualifying Policy which is issued but terminated, and the customer shall immediately pay Income Insurance such amount demanded. The full value refers to the stated worth price in Clause 1.1 above, or the face value of the Lucky Draw Gift.

16. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Lucky Draw Gift with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.

17. The Lucky Draw Gift and Replacement Items(s) are not exchangeable or transferable or any benefit in kind.

18. Usage of the Lucky Draw Gift and/or Replacement Item(s) shall be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant or manufacturer of the Lucky Draw Gift and Replacement Item(s).

19. Income Insurance is not the merchant or manufacturer of the Lucky Draw Gift and Replacement Item(s) and provides no warranty in respect of the same. Income Insurance makes no warranties and shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Lucky Draw Gift and Replacement Item(s).

20. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Lucky Draw Gift and Replacement Item(s).

21. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income Insurance and merchant or manufacturer of the Lucky Draw Gift and Replacement Item(s). Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant or manufacturer of the Lucky Draw Gift and Replacement Item(s). 

22. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.

23. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.
