By clicking on the link to register for Your Voice, Your Wishes, Your Legacy: Planning with Love, Purpose and Peace of Mind event” (the “Event”) organised by NTUC and Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”), with the participation of Infinitum Financial Advisory Pte. Ltd. ( “IAFA”), trading under the name and style of “Income Advisory Financial Advisers, you consent and agree to:
1. the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data, which may include your name, contact number, email address and such other information provided during registration, by:
(i) Income Insurance and IAFA, our representatives and appointed service providers for the purposes of administering or organizing the Event, including registration processing, event logistics and planning, identify verification, communications relating to the Event, and any related post-Event administrative matters. Such communications may be made via email, phone call and phone messages*);
(ii) IAFA and its representatives to contact you via phone calls, phone messages and/or emails before and after the Event in relation to the Event, including event reminders, event follow-ups, information relating to financial planning services, and marketing and promotional communications.
(*Phone messages include text, picture, video and audio message that are sent to your telephone number via SMS, MMS or messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat.)
2. Income Insurance disclosing your personal data to NTUC for their collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of verifying your NTUC Union membership, and where applicable, administration on sending gift item to you.
Your consent to receive Marketing messages above is in addition to, and does not vary or supersede any previous marketing consent which you may have provided to Income Insurance and IAFA shall remain valid until you notify Income insurance and IAFA of your withdrawal of such consent.
Where the personal data of another person(s) is provided by you, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their consent for the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes mentioned above, and you are authorised to give authorisation and approval on their behalf. Each organisation processes personal data independently. Requests to withdraw consent must be directed to the relevant organisation.
- In relation to your personal data collected by Income Insurance, you may submit a request at income.com.sg/enquiry for the correction of, access to and withdrawal of consent relating to such personal data. Income Insurance will process your request for consent withdrawal within 10 days, and you will stop receiving Marketing messages after 21 days only for the mode(s) of communications indicated in your request. Please refer to Income Insurance’s Privacy Policy available at income.com.sg/privacy-policy for more information.
- In relation to your personal data collected by IAFA, all consent given to IAFA in receiving Marketing and Promotional messages will remain valid until IAFA is notified that the consent has been withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent at any time by submitting your request at [email protected]. IAFA will process your request within 10 days, and you will stop receiving Marketing and Promotional messages after 21 days only for the mode(s) of communications indicated in your request. You may refer to IAFA’s Privacy Policy (incomeadvisoryfa.com.sg/policies.html#privacy) for more information, including access and correction to personal data and consent withdrawal. You agree and understand that IAFA’s Privacy Policy available on its website may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by IAFA from time to time.
Note: In relation to your personal data collected by NTUC, the use and disclosure of your personal data by NTUC will be subject to NTUC’s privacy policy. Please submit your request separately to [email protected] and refer to their privacy policy for more information. NTUC will process your request accordingly.
