By completing and submitting this form, you consent and agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by Income Insurance, our representatives, agents (collectively “Income Persons”), appointed service providers, affiliates, business partners, insurance intermediaries, and the NE Group for the purposes of (i) sending you Marketing and Promotional messages; (ii) contacting you to conduct survey, and (iii) Income Persons offering you financial planning services via Email, Phone call and Phone messages*

*Phone messages include text, picture, video and audio message that are sent to your telephone number via SMS, MMS or messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat.

Your consent to receive Marketing and Promotional messages above is in addition to, and does not vary or supersede, any previous marketing consent which you may have provided to Income Insurance.

All consent in receiving Marketing and Promotional messages will remain valid until it is withdrawn and notified to Income Insurance. You may withdraw your consent at any time by submitting your request at mk@income.com.sg. Income Insurance will process your request within 10 days, and you will stop receiving Marketing and Promotional messages after 21 days only for the mode(s) of communications indicated in your request.

You may refer to Income Insurance’s Privacy Policy for more information, including access and correction to personal data and consent withdrawal. You agree and understand that Income Insurance’s Privacy Policy available on its website may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Income Insurance from time to time.

Campaign Terms and Conditions 

1. As part of the Income Child Secure Project (“Campaign”), Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering ten (10) 60-minute counselling sessions (“Benefit”) for each child (“Child”) of an eligible Complete Life Secure policyholder (“Policyholder”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. For a Policyholder to be eligible for the Benefit:

2.1 The Policyholder must purchase a Complete Life Secure Plan (collectively the “Qualifying Policies”, and each a “Qualifying Policy”) with an attached Early Critical Secure rider or/and Advanced Critical Secure rider (collectively the “Qualifying Riders”, and each a “Qualifying Rider”);

2.2. The Policyholder must have made a critical illness or dread disease claim on one of the Qualifying Riders, which claim has been approved and the relevant critical illness or dread disease benefit payout has been made by Income Insurance;

2.3 Each Child must be between the ages of 7 and 18 (both inclusive) as at the application submission date for this Campaign;

2.4 The Policyholder and each Child must be either a Singaporean or a Permanent Resident of Singapore, and reside in Singapore;

2.5 The Policyholder must complete and submit the relevant application form online at income.com.sg/income-child-secure-project to apply to participate in the Campaign and provide document(s) establishing proof of his or her relationship with each Child, in the form of a birth certificate or legal adoption document, and/or any other documents as may be requested by Income Insurance; and

2.6 Applications for the Campaign must be submitted to Income Insurance from 10 June 2025 and not later than 9 June 2030 (both dates inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”).

3. Policyholders who are eligible for the Benefit, will receive an email confirmation at their email address registered with Income Insurance at the point of application.

4. The Benefit must be fully utilised within 12 months from the date of the email confirmation from Income Insurance, failing which, the Policyholder shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her right to the Benefit (or the unutilised part thereof) and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.

5. A Policyholder who has applied to participate in the Campaign represents and warrants that all information provided to Income Insurance in connection with the Campaign is true, accurate and complete in all respects.

6. The Benefit can only be claimed from Income Insurance’s approved list of service providers (“Service Provider”) listed on income.com.sg/income-child-secure-project.

7. A Policyholder may not switch Service Providers after the first counselling session has been completed with his or her selected Service Provider.

8. Income Insurance will only cover the cost of the Benefit for counselling sessions conducted in person or on-line (if such service is made available by the selected Service Provider). The Benefit does not include the cost of any additional services or counselling sessions, which shall be borne by the Policyholder separately.

9. Notice of cancellation of a counselling session must be provided by the Policyholder to the Service Provider at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled counselling session, failing which, such session will be deemed as used and will be deducted from the balance Benefit.

10. The Policyholder is responsible for arranging all counselling session appointments with his or her selected Service Provider directly.

11. The Benefit is not negotiable, transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit or any benefits-in-kind, either in part or in full. No compensation is payable if the Policyholder is unable to utilise the Benefit. There shall be no refund or exchange for any partially used or unused Benefit.

12. The Campaign does not affect or change any term, condition, and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policy, including any applicable rider(s) that are issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy and rider(s) are specified in the respective policy contracts.

13. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Benefit (or any part thereof) with any benefit of similar nature at any time at its sole discretion without prior notification to the Policyholder, including in the event any arrangement between Income Insurance and the Policyholder’s selected Service Provider expires or terminates prior to the Benefit being fully utilised by a Policyholder (“Replacement Benefit(s)”).

14. The redemption or usage of the Benefit or Replacement Benefit(s) shall be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant Service Provider of the Benefit and Replacement Benefit(s).

15. Income Insurance does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express implied or statutory, as to the reliability, adequacy, quality or availability of the services provided by any Service Provider.

16. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any Policyholder, Child or any other persons, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs, and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) howsoever caused, in connection with, related to, or resulting from the Benefit and Replacement Benefit(s) and/or this Campaign.

17. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency, or any other relationship is intended or created between Income Insurance and the Service Provider and issuer of any Replacement Benefit(s). This Benefit is not intended or deemed to be in connection with or use of the brand name of the Service Provider of the Benefit and Replacement Benefit(s).

18. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and the approved list of service providers listed on income.com.sg/income-child-secure-project at any time without prior notice to any Policyholder, Child or person.

19. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign (including the issuance of the Benefit or Replacement Benefits) shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.

20. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
