  • This is a drive-in only event; entry on foot is not allowed.
  • This is an EV only drive-in event; all non-EV vehicles (hybrid or internal combustion engine) will not be allowed to enter the event venue.
  • For safety reasons, no vehicle movement is permitted midway through the event, unless in the case of an emergency. In such situations, please always follow the instructions of our traffic marshals.
  • There are no restrictions on the number of people participating in the event per EV, so feel free to invite as many friends/family members as you like, subject to the vehicle's legal seating capacity.

Kavin 2

Kavin Jay is one of Southeast Asia’s most sought-after comedians, known for his rapid-fire delivery and grumpy yet disarming stage presence. A key figure in Malaysia’s modern comedy scene, his material blends sharp observations with brutally honest takes on life, family, and everyday frustrations.

Kavin has performed to sold-out audiences across Asia, Australia, and Europe, with a style that consistently connects across cultures. His international profile includes a stand-up special on Netflix (“Everybody Calm Down!”), as well as his independently released YouTube special “Kavin Jay: Nobody Asked,” further expanding his global reach.

Hossan 1

Hossan Leong, Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres, a medal bestowed by the Republic of France, is one of Singapore’s most loved and recognised entertainers.

Affectionately known as ‘Singapore Boy’, Hossan is a consummate performer whose skills include directing, singing, dancing, acting, piano playing, and stand-up comedy. He is actively involved across many artistic genres and platforms.

Kuah Jenhan is one of Malaysia's leading stand-up comedians, known for his quietly disarming presence and razor-sharp storytelling. A regular international performer, he has appeared on Comedy Central and is a festival favourite at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

She performs internationally, most recently staging her multiple-sold-out comedy hour special, SLOMOSEXUAL, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Saigon, Manila, and Phnom Penh, and appearing on comedy showcases in San Francisco, Melbourne, Perth, Mumbai and Bangkok.

With an entertainment career spanning over 30 years involving more than a hundred productions across the mediums of theatre, film and television, Pam is equally recognised for being a dramatic as well as a comedic actor. She is probably best known for being one third of the Dim Sum Dollies, Singapore’s most successful comedy cabaret trio.

It’s a unique event presented by Income Insurance, where you can enjoy live stand-up comedy from the comfort of your EV, with a full drive-in experience! This is the first of its kind in Singapore!

Yes, you’ll need to drive an EV to participate and attend the event.

It depends on the vehicle’s seating capacity; however, admission to the event is limited to one EV per ticket.

Tickets can be purchased online here. Simply reserve your spot and select your preferred date, key in your details, and proceed to make payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.

The event is located at Southside Sentosa. You can navigate there by GPS:

Income Car Insurance policyholders refer to individuals who have bought an eDrivo Car Insurance plan or Drivo Car Insurance plan from Income Insurance, and the policy plan is currently in force.

You may arrive from 5.30pm onwards when registration starts. It’s recommended to arrive on time to allow for parking and to settle in. Parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, you may not be able to choose your preferred parking space. There will be marshals on site to direct traffic. Food and beverages are available for purchase onsite at Southside Sentosa, where you can utilise the $10 F&B Voucher included with the ticket.

Alternatively, you can also bring your own snacks and beverages. However, please make sure they are disposed of properly after the show. 

Alcohol will be available at the event. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and remain within their personal limits to ensure a pleasant experience for all attendees.

If you are driving, please note that drivers must not drink and drive. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that the designated driver remains alcohol‑free. For added convenience and safety, an on‑site concierge will be available to assist with booking a valet drive after the event.

GENERAL

1. Income EVerybody Laugh Fest 2026 (the “Event”) is a branded event owned, conceived and presented by Income Insurance Limited (the “Event Owner”). The Event Owner has appointed O4X Pte Ltd (the “Event Organiser”) as an independent third‑party service provider to organise, manage and deliver the logistical, operational and technical aspects of the Event, including but not limited to venue preparation, staging, lighting, audio‑visual systems, crew and manpower. The Event Owner and the Event Organiser shall collectively be referred to as the “Event Parties”. The Ts&Cs , available at incomeeverybodylaughfest.com (the “Official Registration Portal”), apply to all persons participating in the Event (“Participants”, each a “Participant”). 

2. The Event Parties reserve the right to vary, amend, delete or add to these Ts&Cs at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. Any updated Ts&Cs will be published on the Official Registration Portal, and continued participation in the Event shall constitute acceptance of the revised Ts&Cs. 

3. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute concerning the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the Event Parties shall be the sole authorities for interpretation, and its decision shall be final and binding.

4. Completion of the online registration form constitutes the Participants' agreement to comply with the Ts&Cs of the Event. These Ts&Cs shall apply at all times and to any decision, interpretation and/or ruling made by the Event Parties in connection with the Event.

5. The Participant agrees to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant contained in the Official Registration Portal (the "Registration Data"); and (ii) promptly update the Registration Data to ensure it remains true, accurate, current and complete.

6. The Event Parties may contact the Participant from time to time by email, and/or text messages in connection with the Event. Any notice or communication sent to the email address or mobile number provided by the Participant in the Registration Data shall be deemed as received by the Participant.

7. If the Participant provides any Registration Data that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Event Parties have reasonable grounds to suspect that such Registration Data is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Event Parties may suspend or terminate the Participant's registration and/or deny the Participant access to the Event.

8. All views and opinions expressed during the comedy performances are those of the individual comedians and do not reflect the views of Income Insurance. Income Insurance is not responsible nor liable to any person for the content of the performances.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (PDPA)

10. The Event complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). By registering for the Event, Participants consent and agree to:

i. the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”), Income Insurance’s representatives and third-party service providers for the following purposes.

               a) event registration, administration and management;

               b) communication and operational updates relating to the Event;

               c) safety, security and emergency response purposes;

               d) ticketing, accreditation and access control;

               e) any follow-up action or identity verification matters pertaining to the Event; 

               f) compliance with applicable laws, regulations and government requirements

ii. Income Insurance disclosing Participants’ personal data to O4X Pte Ltd for their collection, use and disclosure of Participants’ personal data for the purposes of managing and facilitating the Event, as well as for other related purposes.

11. Where the personal data of another person(s) is provided by them, Participants represent and warrant that they have obtained consent of the other person(s) for the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes mentioned above.

12. In relation to their personal data collected by Income Insurance, Participants may submit a request to [email protected] for the correction of, access to and withdrawal of consent relating to such personal data. Income Insurance will process their consent withdrawal within 10 days, and they will stop receiving Marketing messages after 21 days only for the mode(s) of communications indicated in their request. Please refer to Income Insurance’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.income.com.sg/privacy-policy for more information.

LIABILITY
13. The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, loss of property or damage to property. The Participant agrees to participate in the Event at his or her own risk and assumes all such risks arising from participation.

14. The Participant is solely responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings brought to the Event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Owner shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to personal property.

15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Owner shall not be liable to the Participant for any loss, damage, injury, expense or liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with participation in the Event, whether occurring before, during or after the Event, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

REGISTRATION & TICKETING

16. The Event is open to members of the public who have successfully purchased a valid ticket or otherwise received authorised admission. Entry to the Event is strictly subject to presentation of a valid ticket, proof of registration, valid personal identification and/or vehicle identification (if applicable), as determined by the Event Parties in their sole discretion. Admission is not guaranteed notwithstanding possession of a valid ticket.

17. The Event Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, dispute, delay, denial of entry or other consequence arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or incorrect information submitted during registration.

18. The Event Parties reserve their right in its absolute discretion to determine, revise or adjust Event fees at any time. Any revision shall not affect tickets already purchased prior to such revision, unless otherwise expressly stated.

19. Registration shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful payment (where applicable) and issuance of an official confirmation email or electronic confirmation by or on behalf of the Event Parties. No other form of acknowledgment shall constitute confirmation.

20. Participants shall not transfer, resell, assign, or otherwise dispose of their registration, ticket, vehicle slot or seating allocation. Any purported transfer shall be void, and the Event Parties reserve the right to cancel such registration without refund and to refuse entry.

21. Tickets are strictly valid only for the specific Event date stated on the ticket and are not transferable between Event days (24, 25 and 26 July 2026). Any requests for exchanges, substitutions or date changes are non-guaranteed and shall be considered on a case-by-case basis, and must be made via email to [email protected], subject to the sole discretion and approval of the Event Parties.

22. All registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

23. Tickets without vehicle entry grant admission to participants only and do not include any vehicle parking space within the venue. Seating within designated areas shall be on a free‑seating basis and subject to availability. The Event Parties make no guarantee as to seating position, comfort or visibility.

24. All ticket categories are subject to availability. The Event Parties reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to determine, revise or reallocate seating zones, entry conditions, programming, venue layout and capacity limits at any time for operational, safety, security, regulatory or other reasons, without liability or obligation to provide compensation.

25. The Event Parties reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who did not register, registered for an incorrect date or timeslot, arrived late, failed to comply with Event rules, or breached these Ts&Cs, without refund or compensation.

VEHICLE & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

26. The Event is strictly limited to battery electric vehicles (“BEVs”) only, meaning fully electric vehicles with no internal combustion engine. Petrol, diesel, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are not permitted. The Event Parties reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to determine vehicle eligibility and classification. Any non‑compliant vehicle may be refused entry to or removed from the Event without refund or compensation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

27. All drivers must hold a valid driving licence recognised under Singapore law. The Event Parties may refuse entry or remove any non-compliant driver, without liability or compensation. 

28. All vehicles must have valid road tax and be insured in accordance with the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) Act (Cap. 189). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Event Parties shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from or in connection with the use, presence or operation of any vehicle at the Event.

29. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is roadworthy, properly maintained, free from defects, and safe for use at all times during the Event. The Event Parties reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any vehicle deemed, in their reasonable opinion, to be unsafe or unroadworthy, without liability or compensation.

EVENT SCHEDULE

30. The Event will take place from 24 to 26 July 2026 (both dates inclusive), 5.30pm to 9.30pm (Singapore Time), at Sentosa, Southside.

31. The Event Parties reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, interrupt or amend the Event (in whole or in part), including the programme, timing, venue or format, at any time for operational, safety, regulatory, weather-related, force majeure or other reasons.

32. As the Event is conducted outdoors, inclement weather conditions (including but not limited to rain, lightning, strong winds or other unsafe conditions) may result in the Event being delayed, modified, interrupted or cancelled for safety reasons. Where inclement weather persists or poses a safety risk, the Event Parties reserve the right to cancel the Event without refund of registration fees.

33. The Event Parties shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for any loss, damage, cost, expense or inconvenience suffered by any Participant arising from any delay, modification, postponement or cancellation of the Event due to inclement weather, force majeure events, government or regulatory actions, public health measures, pandemics, acts of God, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control. No refunds, exchanges or compensation shall be payable unless otherwise expressly stated by the Event Owner.

34. Where reasonably practicable, the Event Parties will make reasonable efforts to notify Participants of any such changes prior to the Event date, but shall have no liability arising from any delay or failure to provide such notice.

SAFETY, CONDUCT & TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

35. Vehicle positioning within the venue will be directed by traffic marshals. The Event Parties do not guarantee any specific parking position, viewing angle or proximity to Event facilities. 

36. The Event Parties shall not be liable for traffic congestion, queue delays, access restrictions or entry and exit waiting times experienced before, during or after the Event. 

37. The Event Parties reserve the right to amend, revise or modify the Event programme, schedule or performance lineup at any time for operational, safety, security or regulatory reasons, without liability.

38. The Event Parties reserve the right to prohibit, restrict or control vehicular movement within the venue at any time during the Event.

39. The Event Parties reserve the right to relocate or reassign any vehicle parking space or position before or during the Event, and no guarantee is given that the original assigned position will be maintained.

40. The Event Parties reserve the right to remove, reposition or restrict access to any object, structure, vehicle or obstacle that may, in their opinion, disrupt the flow, safety or experience of the Event.

41. The Event Parties reserve the right to amend the Event’s layout and driving routes as they deem fit for the safety of the Participants and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, efforts will be made to notify Participants prior to the Event date. The Event Parties shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience or disruption arising from such changes.

42. Participants must not:
 a) Drive or attempt to drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any intoxicating substance; or
 b) Engage in unsafe, disorderly, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. 

43. Participants must:
 a) Comply at all times with instructions given by traffic marshals, Event staff and security personnel;
 b) Maintain cleanliness within their designated area; or
 c) Observe all traffic management, safety and operational procedures.

44. Participants are not permitted to smoke within the event space.

45. Prohibited items include, without limitation, weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials, or any other item deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the Event Parties.

46. The Event Parties reserve the right to refuse entry to, remove or eject any Participant who breaches these Ts&Cs or poses a safety or operational risk, without refund or compensation.

47. Unauthorized audio or visual recording, live streaming, reproduction or distribution of any part of the Event content is strictly prohibited.

48. The Event Parties reserve the right to restrict or deny access to any area within the venue, including restricted or operational zones, at their discretion and without assigning any reason.

MEDICAL & EMERGENCY

49. Whilst reasonable precautions will be taken by the Event Parties to ensure the safety of the Participants, participation in the Event is at the Participant’s own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Event Parties, their sponsors, contractors, agents, employees and appointed officials shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by any Participant arising from or in connection with the Event.

50. The Event Parties may arrange for medical personnel to assess any Participant and may deny entry to or remove any Participant who is, or is reasonably deemed to be, unfit, unwell or at risk of injury, and may arrange for emergency medical assistance where necessary.

51. The Event Parties reserve, in the interest of safety, security or orderly conduct, to refuse entry to, restrict access for or remove any Participant at any time, without refund or compensation. 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

52. The Event Parties do not endorse, control or assume any responsibility for any goods or services provided by third parties in connection with the Event. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Event Owner and Event Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising from or in connection with any third‑party goods or services, whether provided at or in connection with the Event.

53. Any disputes arising from participation in the Event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have jurisdiction over such dispute.

54. By completing the registration and/or ticket purchase process, and/or attending pr participating in the Event, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted these Ts&Cs, which shall be binding upon them. The Event Parties reserve the right to amend these Ts&Cs from time to time, and such amendments shall take effect upon publication or notification through such means as the Event Parties may determine.
