AG Support Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for CMFAS Examination Sponsorship of $688 is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

• representative (“you” or “your”) who has no prior financial planning experience and the CMFAS examinations (RES5,  Module 9, Module 9A and Certificate in Health Insurance) are self-paid.
• you are successfully registered under the Monetary Authority of Singapore Representative Notification Framework (“RNF”) with Income as your insurer.

If your agreement is terminated with Income within 12 months from the date you are successfully registered under the RNF, the full CMFAS Examination Sponsorship amount will become immediately due to Income. Income has the right to clawback such sponsorship amount.

2. Eligibility for CMFAS Allowance of $1000 is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

• you are appointed with Income as a Financial Consultant (FC) on EXCELeration Program (EP) scheme.
• The passing dates for all CMFAS RES5,  CMFAS Module 9, CMFAS Module 9A and Certificate in Health Insurance must be within 3 months prior to your appointment date to 3 months after your appointment date.

If your agreement is terminated with Income within 12 months from the date you are successfully registered under the RNF, the full CMFAS Allowance amount will become immediately due and payable to Income.  Income has the right to clawback such allowance amount.

3. Eligibility for Basic Essential Training (BES) Allowance of $1000 is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

• BES training must be completed within 2 months from your Representative Notification Framework (RNF) date.
• You are successfully registered under the RNF with Income as your insurer.

If your agreement is terminated with Income within 12 months from the date you are successfully registered under the RNF where Income is the insurer, the full BES Allowance amount will become immediately due to Income. Income has the right to clawback such allowance amount.

4. FCs on Talent Transition Funding (TTF) or cases of conversions to FCs are not eligible for the CMFAS Examination Sponsorship, CMFAS Allowance and Basic Essential Training (BES) Allowance.

5. Income’s decision shall be final, and binding should there be any disputes or disagreement.
