1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering the following promotion(s) (the “Promotion”) subject to these Terms and Conditions:

1.1. A customer shall be eligible to enjoy a discount of 55% (the “Discount”) set out in the table below with the purchase of the the following policy (“Qualifyling Policy”) and in accordance with the respective premium amount(s) paid:

2. To qualify for this Promotion:

2.1. The application for the Qualifying Policy must be submitted via:

2.1.1. Income Insurance website online at income.com.sg/buy/travel-insurance; 

2.1.2. Income Insurance advisors; 

2.1.3. Any Income Insurance branches; 

2.1.4. The Travel product hotline 6788 1222; or

2.1.5. My Income Insurance App

2.2. The application for the Qualifying Policy must be submitted to Income Insurance from 23 October 2026 9AM to 26 October 2026 9AM only (the “Promotion Period”);

2.3. The customer must enter or quote the valid Promo Code stated in the table, where applicable, in the customer’s application to purchase the Qualifying Policy; and

2.4. Premium payment must be successfully received by Income Insurance during the Promotion Period.

3. A customer may not enjoy this Promotion in conjunction with any other promotion and/or incentive offered by Income Insurance.

4. The Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policy issued. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policy is specified in its policy contract.

5. Income Insurance will send eligible customers an email with instructions on how to redeem the Promotional Gift two business days after their travel end date.

5.1. The redemption email will be sent to the email address provided in the application form submitted by the customer. No hardcopy letter will be sent.

5.2. The Promotional Gift must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions and terms set out in the redemption email, failing which the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her entitlement to the Promotional Gift, and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.

5.3. At the point of redemption, customers may indicate their preferred colour, grey or orange, subject to stock availability. Where the preferred colour is unavailable due to stock depletion, the remaining available colour shall be provided and deemed accepted by the customer in fulfilment of the redemption.

6. An administrative charge of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) will apply to any endorsement made to any Per-trip Qualifying Policies issued under this Promotion. This administrative charge is in addition to any extra premiums which you will have to pay for making changes to the Per-trip Qualifying Policies such as extending the period of insurance or adding a new insured person. The Discount on premiums payable will also no longer apply as a result of any endorsement to any Per-trip Qualifying Policies issued under this Promotion and the extra premiums.

7. An administrative charge of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) will also apply for cancellation of any Per-trip Qualifying Policies issued under this Promotion. This administrative charge includes the prevailing administrative charge stated in the policy conditions for cancellation of policy. There is no premium refund for Per-trip Qualifying Policies which are cancelled after the start date of the policy.

8. A customer shall not be eligible for this Promotion if the customer cancels or has cancelled any existing Income's Travel Insurance policy and re-purchases the Qualifying Policies for the same trip duration and destination.

9. Income Insurance reserves the right to demand from the successful applicant the full value of the Promotional Gift provided to the customer for any Qualifying Policy which is issued but terminated, and the customer shall immediately pay Income Insurance such amount demanded. The full value refers to the stated worth price in Clause 1.1 above, or the face value of the Promotional Gift.

10. Income Insurance reserves the right to replace the Promotional Gift with items of similar value (“Replacement Item”) at any time without prior notice.

11. The Promotion, Discount, Promotional Gift and Replacement Items(s) are not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.

12. Usage of the Promotional Gift and/or Replacement Item(s) shall be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).

13. Income Insurance is not the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s) and provides no warranty in respect of the same. Income Insurance makes no warranties and shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and against infringement of intellectual property rights in respect of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).

14. Under no circumstances shall Income Insurance be liable to any customer or party, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, related to or resulting from the Promotional Gift or Replacement Item(s).

15. No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency or any other relationship is intended or created between Income Insurance and merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s). Neither is this Promotion intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the merchant or manufacturer of the Promotional Gift and Replacement Item(s).

16. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.

17. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.
