1 You can sign up for PA Secure if you hold a valid Singapore identification document and are between 15 days and 65 years old. We may continue cover for you up to 75 years old at a reduced sum assured, and we may apply new terms; depending on our decision and if you pay an extra premium.

2 Dependant child(ren) means the insured person’s child(ren) who are:- 

  • - under 18 years of age; or
  • - under 25 years of age; unmarried and not on full-time employment; and are primarily dependent upon you for maintenance and support. For example, full-time students or national servicemen.

3 This premium rate is applicable with a yearly payment arrangement.

4 The event and staycation expenses that we will reimburse is the non-refundable deposit or ticket fees incurred by the insured person. We will not pay for claims that are less than $50.

5 The childcare and student care expenses optional benefit covers the insured child if he/she is unable to attend childcare or student care due to him/her: 

  • - being required to stay as an inpatient in the hospital for 4 days or more due to an injury or an infectious disease; or 
  • - being confined at home for 5 days or more under written medical advice by a medical practitioner due to an infectious disease.

1. Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) is offering the following promotion(s) (the “Promotion”) subject to these Terms and Conditions: 

1.1 A customer shall be eligible to enjoy the discount set out in the table below with the purchase of the following policy:

1.2 Income Insurance is offering a 20% discount on the premium payable to applicants who successfully purchase the Qualifying Policy via Income Insurance website online at https://www.income.com.sg/insure/pa-secure.html#!/app/pasecure

2. To qualify for the Promotion, the customer must apply for the Qualifying Policy between 22 March 2024 to 31 July 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). 

3. Payment of premium for the Qualifying Policy must be made by way of the yearly mode and payment of the first premium must be successfully received by Income Insurance during the Promotion Period. 

4. The customer is not eligible for the Promotion if the customer cancels any existing Income PA Secure Insurance policy and purchase the Qualifying Policy. 

5. The Promotion is only applicable to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents of Singapore and holders of a valid Singapore employment pass, work permit pass, long term visit pass and student pass. 

6. The Promotion does not affect or change any term, condition and exclusion of the policy contract of the Qualifying Policy. The precise terms, conditions and exclusions of the Qualifying Policy are specified in the policy contract.  

7. Income Insurance reserves the right to demand that the successful applicant pays the full value of the premium (i.e. without the 20% discount) for any Qualifying Policy which is issued but terminated within 6 months from the Qualifying Policy issuance date by the applicant, and the applicant shall immediately pay Income Insurance such amount demanded. 

8. The Promotion is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.  

9. Income Insurance reserves the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time without prior notice to any customer. 

10. Income Insurance’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion (including the 20% discount on premium for the Qualifying Policy) shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeal will be entertained.

If you are unsure if a product is suitable for you, we strongly encourage you to speak to a qualified Income Insurance advisor. Otherwise, you may end up purchasing a product that does not meet your expectations or needs. As a result, you may not be able to afford the premiums or obtain the insurance protection you seek. If you find that an insurance plan is not suitable after purchasing it, you may terminate it within the free-look period and obtain a refund of premiums paid. We may recover from you any expense incurred in underwriting this plan.
