Free COVID-19 extension
Income understands the importance of having a peace of mind during the uncertainties of a global outbreak. With a free COVID-19 extension, you will be able to receive $1,000 lump sum benefit upon diagnosis of COVID-19 and subsequent hospitalisation in a local hospital during your 30-day cover period.
Important Notes
- This COVID-19 benefit extension is only available for successful enrolments from 1 March 2020 to 31 May 2020 (including both dates);
- The benefit extension is only applicable if you contract, are diagnosed with and hospitalised in Singapore due to COVID-19. To avoid doubt, the benefit extension will not be valid if you contract COVID-19 overseas; You can only either claim under the Get Well benefit under Section 4 or this COVID-19 benefit extension, whichever is applicable, but not both;
- We will only pay you this benefit once, regardless of the number of eligible enrolments you have under Singtel or Dash programmes;
- This free COVID-19 extension will end once we have paid out a total of 100 claims under Singtel and Dash programmes. We will not pay any claim thereafter even if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 during your 30-day cover period. We reserve the right the right to withdraw this extension earlier than 31 May 2020;
- The Singtel Prepaid Mobile Top-up Free Cover policy terms and conditions will also apply to the COVID-19 extension.

No. This policy is available to you at no charge; as it is already paid by Singtel.
Yes. This policy covers you both in Singapore and overseas; except when you are in your home country for longer than 30 days at any one time.
Please note the COVID-19 benefit extension is not valid if you contract COVID-19 overseas and is recognised as an imported case.
No, only the mobile plan owner is entitled to this cover.
The COVID-19 benefit extension under the policy will cover you if you contract, are diagnosed with and hospitalised in Singapore due to COVID-19.
The Get Well benefit under Section 4 may also be applicable if you are hospitalised for more than 4 days due to COVID-19.
We will only pay you either the Get Well benefit under Section 4 or the COVID-19 benefit extension, whichever is applicable, but not both.
For avoidance of doubt, there is no cover under any other sections for COVID-19.
