  • Q:What is Featured Treats?

    A:

    Featured Treats are special Treats that are available for a limited time period with exclusive offerings to our policyholders from merchants.

  • Q:How often will the Featured Treats be released?

    A:

    The new Featured Treats will be released on a bi-monthly basis, starting from July.

  • Q:What kind of new Featured Treats can customers look forward to?

    A:

    Customers can look forward to new Featured Treats on experiences based on the themes of Travel, Health and Wellness

  • Q:How will I be informed of any new Featured Treats?

    A:

    New Featured Treats will be communicated via email, push notifications through the My Income App and Income’s Facebook page.

    To be notified via email, update your MMO status and select “Yes” for your Marketing Materials Options. To do so, you can log in here.

    To be notified via push notifications, install the My Income App from the App Store or Google Play and make sure to allow notifications from the app.

  • Q:What is the validity of Featured Treats?

    A:

    Featured Treats are only available for a limited period of time, so do refer to the respective Treat on the Income Treats website for the specific validity.

  • Q:Where can I find out more about the Treat?

    A:

    Full details of the Treats, redemption flow and Terms & Conditions which differ from Treat to Treat can be found by selecting the respective Treat on Income Treat’s website at www.income.com.sg/treats

  • Q:What is Income Treats?

    A:

    Income Treats is a customer rewards programme for all Income policyholders, including single trip travel insurance policies (during the period when the policy is in forced). 

  • Q:How do I redeem Income Treats?

    A:

    To redeem Income Treats, you need to login to your My Income account via www.income.com.sg/treats. After you log in, select the Treats and refer to the redemption instructions indicated. If you do not have an account, you can register for one via https://me.income.com.sg/register

  • Q:Which Treats am I entitled to?

    A:

    All customers are entitled to all Treats listed on the Income Treats webpage, but Birthday Treats will only be available during your birthday month and the month after. Terms and conditions apply, so kindly refer to the respective Treats.

  • Q:Can I redeem more than one treat at each time?

    A:

    Yes, you can redeem more than one treat at each time.

  • Q:Can the Treats be redeemed multiple times?

    A:

    Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of each Treat to determine the number of times you can redeem the treat. 

  • Q:I have questions with regards to the merchant on Income Treats, who can I contact?

    A:

    If you have a merchant related enquiry, you can reach out to the merchant directly. Merchant’s contact details can be found on the respective Treat listing page under Merchant details.

  • Q:Can I transfer the treats to my family and / or friends?

    A:

    No, the Treats are non-transferable.

  • Q:Are the Treats refundable or exchangeable for cash or in kind?

    A:

    No, the Treats are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.

Birthday Treats
  • Q:What are Birthday Treats?

    A:

    Birthday Treats are specially curated Treats for policyholders like yourself to enjoy during your birthday month and the month after. You will not be able to redeem Birthday Treats outside of this period. Kindly refer to each respective treat for actual redemption period.

  • Q:Who is eligible for Income's Birthday Treats?

    A:

    All Income policyholders with an in forced policy are eligible for the Birthday Treats.

  • Q:What type of Treats do I get for my birthday?

    A:

    Starting from August 2023, we have a new and exclusive Birthday Treat in partnership with Butter Studio. Be sure to look out for the Birthday greeting email during your birthday month to discover your personalised surprise Birthday Treat.

    But that’s not all… You may also enjoy various other birthday perks in addition to your surprise Birthday Treat! Refer to the Birthday Treats section on the Income Treats website here for the full catalogue of Birthday Treats.

  • Q:How will I be informed about my Birthday Treats?

    A:

    You will receive a Birthday eDM from Income three days before your Birthday month. Alternatively, you can visit https://www.income.com.sg/Treats#birthdayTreat to view your Birthday Treats.

  • Q:Where can I redeem my Birthday Treats?

    A:

    Visit https://www.income.com.sg/Treats#birthdayTreat  and log in to your My Income account to view and redeem your Birthday Treats. You can only redeem your Birthday Treats on your Birthday month and the month after.

  • Q:I did not receive my Birthday Treat email, how can I still receive my Surprise Birthday Treat from Butter Studio?

    A:

    Kindly write in to rewards@income.com.sg and we will further assist you.

  • Q:How do I redeem my Birthday Surprise Treat from Butter Studio?

    A:

    Kindly refer to the birthday eDM for instructions on redeeming your Surprise Birthday Treat. 

  • Q:What is the validity of my Butter Studio Birthday Treat?

    A:

    There are 2 dates you need to take note of, the voucher code validity and redemption validity. Both dates are indicated in your personalized birthday eDM.

  • Q:How many Birthday Treats can I redeem?

    A:

    There is no limit to the number of Birthday Treats you can redeem. However, do take note that each Birthday Treat can only be redeemed once during your birthday month and the month after for selected merchants.  Do refer to the respective Birthday Treats for the full Terms and Conditions.

  • Q:I am facing issues with the redemption of my Birthday Treat. Who should I contact?

    A:

    You may contact rewards@income.com.sg if you have any problems redeeming your Birthday Treat and we will assist you.

  • Q:I have enquiries with regards to Butter Studio baked goods, who can I contact?

    A:
