You can choose from a range of payment modes for your products. For your convenience and continuity of your insurance coverage, we recommend premium payment via GIRO.

As part of Income’s ongoing effort to streamline and digitalise services, cashier counter services at our Income branches will be discontinued effective 02 May 2025. You are highly encouraged to switch over to our ePayment services for greater convenience and efficiency. You may refer to income.com.sg/ppm for payment methods accepted by us.

GIRO

When can I use this?

  • First payment for all insurance policies (except for Incomeshield, per trip travel, domestic helper and all Commercial products)
  • Renewal/Subsequent premium payments
  • Regular Top-up for Investment-linked plan (ILP) policy
  • Loan Repayments for Life Insurance policies

How can I set this up?

  • For issued Life, Incomeshield and Personal lines policies, you can set-up your GIRO arrangement instantly via My Income customer portal if your bank is participating in the eGIRO scheme.
  • Participating banks: DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, Citibank, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Maybank, Bank of China, MariBank.

 Other notes:

  • Kindly note that no official receipt will be issued for payment made via GIRO deductions
  • Policyholders/Bank Accountholders can check if the deduction is successful in their bank statement/bank passbook
PayNow QR (Scan & Pay)

 When can I use this?

  • For first/renewal/subsequent premium payments (selected products)

 How it works?

  • Please either use your mobile camera to scan the QR Code printed on your Payment Notice or visit My Income customer portal to access your upcoming payments
  • Select to pay via PayNow QR
  • Once PayNow QR is selected, a PayNow QR code will be generated for you to scan and pay using your Digital Bank application

Other notes:

  • You can access Change Your PayNow Payment Limit to find out which participating bank's mobile apps are compatible with PayNow QR and the payment limits imposed by your bank
  • PayNow using UEN is not allowed and will be rejected and refunded
  • Upon successful processing of the payment for your policy, a copy of the official receipt will be made available within 3 working days at My Income customer portal
AXS

 When can I use this?

  • For Life Insurance, Life Insurance Policy Loan, Health Insurance, General Insurance and Consumer Loan

 How it works?

  • Available at AXS Kiosk, AXS m-Station and AXS e-Station
  • Please either scan the barcode printed on your Payment Notice (applicable only at AXS Kiosk) or quote the following Reference Number during payment:

  • For Life Insurance, Life Insurance Policy Loan, Health Insurance, General Insurance and Consumer Loan

  • Applicable for DBS/POSB, OCBC or UOB account holders

Credit Card

 When can I use this?

  • For Life Insurance policies
    • Only for your first premium if you are purchasing a regular premium policy
    • Not applicable for a single premium policy or for renewal/subsequent premiums payment
  • For Health Insurance policies
    • Only for Incomeshield Health Insurance policies
  • For General Insurance policies
    • Lump-sum premium (for selected insurance products only)
    • Instalment cases for Motor Insurance policies (only for DBS/POSB and OCBC bank issued MasterCard/VISA credit cards)
    • For Insurance applications made via Telemarketing, you will be required to provide the 3 digits CVV security code to effect this transaction
