Ensure that the overall size of your email attachment(s) does not exceed 30MB.

For medical claims, keep the original medical bills/receipts for six months as we may request for them on case-by-case basis prior to settlement of the claim.

If I accidentally hit someone with the golf ball while playing golf on a golf course, can I claim for my legal liability to the third party?

Yes, our Golfer’s Insurance indemnifies you against all sums which you become legally liable to pay as damages consequent upon accidental bodily injury to any person whether fatal or otherwise caused by your negligence whilst playing or practicing golf on any golf course or driving range.

If I accidentally sprained my ankle while playing golf in a golf course outside Singapore, can I claim for the medical treatment?

Yes, you can make a claim for the medical expenses incurred resulting from an accident whilst playing golf on any golf course or driving range anywhere in the world. It is subject to the policy limit and provided that the expenses are incurred within 12 months of the accident.

If I celebrate my Hole-in-One achievement one week later at any restaurant, can I still claim for the entertainment expenses?

No, we will only pay you the cost of entertainment expenses (for food and beverages only) incurred within 48 hours from your hole-in-one shot which you achieved whilst playing in any competition and/or friendly game in any recognised golf course.

Can I claim for loss or damage of my golfing equipment?

Yes, you can claim for golfing equipment if the loss or damage arises from any accident or theft whilst at or in transit to or from any golf course or driving range.

If I have misplaced my purchase receipts, can I still claim for loss of personal items?

Yes, you can still submit the claim for our review.

You should take note that in the absence of the original purchase receipts, it is more difficult for us to accurately assess their value. This may result in a further revision of the claim payout which has already been adjusted for depreciation or wear and tear.
