NTUC Income was made different from the start. Founded in 1970 to provide affordable insurance for workers in Singapore, our mission has always been to maximise value for customers above profits for shareholders.

Today, our wide network of financial planners and partners provide insurance products and services to serve the protection, savings and investment needs of customers across all segments of society.

In 2013, NTUC Income had over $31.3 billion in assets under management.

Our financial strength and diversified investment portfolio are reflected by our strong credit ratings by Standard & Poor’s. NTUC Income’s credit rating has stood at AA- since 2009.

Serving over two million customers with 3.7 million policies, we are the top composite insurer in Singapore, and one of the largest general insurers and health insurance providers. For motor insurance, we cover about one in four vehicles in Singapore.

With seven branches island-wide and an award-winning contact centre, NTUC Income assists 1,400 walk-in customers and fields 2,500 calls from customers daily.

Our Orange Force riders and Customer Care Executives from Motor Service Centre lend a helping hand to customers who encounter motor accidents. Our teams provide a range of services, from ensuring our policyholders’ safety on site and protecting their interests, to assisting in accident reporting and the repair of their vehicles.
