What is Income Treats?
Income Treats is a customer rewards programme for all Income policyholders offering a range of curated offers and perks.
Who is eligible for Income Treats?
All policyholders with a valid My Income account are eligible.
How do I access Income Treats?
Visit https://me.income.com.sg/treats and log in to your My Income account. Once logged in, you will be able to view and redeem the available Treats. If you do not have an account, you can register for one at https://me.income.com.sg/register
How do I redeem a Treat? 
After logging in to your My Income account, browse the available Treats and click on your selected Treat to view full redemption details and its specific Terms and Conditions.
I am unable to log in to My Income Account, how can I get assistance?

Which Treats am I entitled to?
All policyholders are eligible for all the Treats listed on the Income Treats webpage. However, Birthday Treats will only be revealed and available for redemption during your birthday month. Please refer to each Treat’s Terms and Conditions for details.
Can I redeem more than one treat at each time?
Yes, you may redeem multiple Treats unless otherwise stated. Kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions of each specific Treat.
Can Treats be redeemed multiple times?
Redemption limits may vary by Treat. Please check the Terms and Conditions of each individual Treat for specific details.
I have questions about the Treat or merchant on Income Treats, who should I contact?

Can I transfer the treats to my family and / or friends?
No, Treats are strictly non-transferable.
Are the Treats refundable or exchangeable for cash or in kind?
