Singapore has tightened measures to encourage people to stay home and practice safe distancing in their daily activities. As such, Income’s Crisis Management Team convened and agreed to implement a two-week trial to stress-test our business continuity capabilities in view of potential further social distancing measures.
Starting Monday, 30 March 2020, Income staff will operate on a 70:30 ratio, where 70% will work from home (WFH) and 30% from the office. This arrangement will be in place for two weeks, with no rotation between staff working from home and the office.
All HODs would have engaged their respective teams on division-specific arrangements and work-around, if required. If you need further clarifications, kindly approach your Manager.
We expect the two-week trial to have minimal operational disruptions, including customer servicing at our branches and lite branches, Contact Centre and Orange Force.
During this period, it is important that we maintain high productivity. As such, we ask that staff conduct their meetings/discussions via video-conferencing so that we e-meet one another and keep engagement high.
Please contact the IT Helpdesk at 6973 8565 or email ithelpdesk@income.com.sg if you face technical issues with video-conferencing.
We are monitoring the pandemic situation closely and will update you on alternative work arrangements accordingly.
The authorities have stressed that social and safe distancing is key to limiting the spread of the virus. Let us continue to exercise social responsibility, support one another and stay resilient in our fight against COVID-19 together.
Thank you for your co-operation.
