In response to the evolving 2019-nCov situation, Income will commence split-team operations at 0000hrs on Thursday, 13 February 2020 as part of the company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for ‘Influenza Pandemic Response’.
Accordingly, please note and comply with the following actions.
1. Embark and Comply with Department’s BCP and Split-Team Operations
a) Staff must know which split team (T1 or T2) they belong to and how they will rotate between working from home and at their respective office site. Split-team operations does not allow working from alternative office sites.
b) HODs are required to reiterate the composition of team split amongst team members and to communicate clearly the required way of working that comes with split-team operations. A high level of productivity is expected during split-team operations. Business and operational disruption must be kept minimal.
c) Please contact the IT Helpdesk at 6973-8565 or email ithelpdesk@income.com.sg if you have issues with your VPN or logging on from home.
d) HODs and BCP reps must have access to a hard-copy and digital version of the department’s BCP, and be responsive to the developing situation, at all times.
e) Our branches and client advisory centres, lite branches and Motor Service Centre remain open to service customers during this period of split-team operations.
2. Be Socially Responsible - Uphold Precautionary Measures
a) Staff who are unwell should not come to the office and should seek medical attention immediately. Staff may choose to exercise their 14-day Honour Sick Leave should you require more time to rest and recover so that you remain productive at work. Please inform your Manager if you are taking Honour Sick Leave.
b) All staff must take their temperature and submit readings twice daily via this online form (temperature).
c) Staff, who have returned to Singapore from China, Hong Kong and Macau for less than 14 days, as well as, those who have had close contact with relatives and friends who arrived from these countries for less than 14 days, will be placed under a 14-day monitoring period. They must complete this online form (14 day monitoring). During this monitoring period, impacted staff are required to work from home.
d) Staff must declare their all upcoming travel plans using this online form (travel) and should reconsider all non-essential business and personal travel.
e) Staff are strongly encouraged to avoid movements between Income offices and to make arrangements for tele-conferences or video-conferences (if available). This also applies to meetings with vendors and suppliers. You may refer to the AVAYA guide attached on how to set up tele-conference calls using AVAYA. If you need further support on using AVAYA, please write to Jenny Wong (OS) at wong@income.com.sg.

3. Adhere to Isolation and Evacuation Protocol for Suspect Case of 2019-nCoV

We are monitoring the situation very closely, and will intensify our cleaning protocols for income premises as necessary.
5. Continue to Stay Vigilant and be Updated on the Evolving Situation
Stay update via MOH’s website (http://www.moh.gov.sg/) and Gov.sg (go.gov.sg/2019ncov). Let us all do our part to minimise the risk of transmission and community spread of the 2019-nCoV.
Thank you for your co-operation!
