One of our colleagues based at Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) has tested positive for COVID-19 today (Saturday). The staff is currently warded in the hospital for treatment and care. We wish the staff a speedy recovery, and will continue to stay in touch and support in any way possible.
The staff was last in the office on 20 March, and has been working from home since. The staff started feeling unwell on 1 April and was confirmed to have COVID-19 this afternoon.
The offices on Level 7 and Level 8 of PLQ have been thoroughly disinfected by the NEA-appointed service provider today.
Staff who are working on-site at PLQ during this ‘Circuit Breaker’ period can return to work on-site on Monday, 13 April, and are reminded to continue to maintain high levels of personal hygiene and safe-distancing. Please seek medical attention when you feel unwell.
In the meantime, staff who require clarification or have any concerns may write to Ng Su Leng from the Incident Response Team (IRT) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please take good care of yourselves. Stay home, and if you have to go out, please take all necessary precautions.
