How do I know if I am invited?
If you are invited to Stack Up Programme, our friendly General Insurance Specialist (GIS) will contact you to inform you of this exclusive invitation and the benefits that you can enjoy.
Our GIS will support you throughout your Stack Up Programme journey to ensure you have a smooth and rewarding experience.
Can my family and friends qualify for this programme
No, policyholders who are invited are selected based on the selection criteria defined by Income. The invistation is not transferable. These vouchers are exclusively set aside for you and cannot be transferred to others. They are your special entitlement as part of Stack Up Programme.
However, you can purchase insurance plans for yourself and/or your family members, as long as you are the policyholder of the policy.
When does the validity period start and end?
The Stack Up Programme is valid for 6 months. It starts from the first call you received from Income to inform you about the offer.
August: 7 August 2023 to 29 February 2024
September: 1 September 2023 to 31 March 2024
October: 1 October 2023 to 30 April 2024
How can I know the available balance for redemption?
You may reach out to the GIS who had informed you about the Stack Up programme. Their contact details (contact no. and email address) can be found in the email that they had sent to you previously. Alternatively, you may contact us at 6788 1111 to enquire about the available balance.
Am I eligible for the vouchers if I purchase online or via my advisor?
No, as this is an exclusive program that we are piloting for to invited customers, only our GIS may assist you to purchase the policy. Our GIS will facilitate your purchase journey to update and reconcile the balance of your voucher entitlement.
Can the offer validity period be extended?
No. As of now, this pilot program is planned for a 6 months period starting from the first call you received from our GIS.

How does the Stack Up Programme works?
You can receive $20 worth of FairPrice vouchers per policy, on top of current promotions and discounts, up to a maximum of $100 worth of FairPrice vouchers within a 6 months period (from the first call you received). Do note that this promotion is only available for the purchase of the qualifying policies listed in the following answer.

My policy is up for renewal, can I get the vouchers from the Programme?
Only new policy sign-ups are eligible for this promotion.
When will I receive the vouchers?
The vouchers will be sent 2 months after the policy issuance date, provided the policy is still in-force as of that date. E.g. policy was issued on 10 August 2023, you will receive the vouchers in October 2023.
How will the voucher be sent to me?
The vouchers will be mailed to your last address in Income's record. No notification email will be sent to you that we have mailed the vouchers to you.
