1. Can I choose the roommate that I wish to share my room with?

Yes, as long as they arrive on the same day as you.


2. Can I pay for a Single Room Supplement?

The single room supplement is SGD 470.00 for 4 nights in Zagreb which includes breakfast for one person per day.


3. Can I extend my stay at the same hotel?

Yes, the room rate is SGD 250.00 for Single and SGD 265.00 for Twin occupancy per room per night inclusive of taxes. Breakfast and wifi is included.
 
This rate is applicable for only 3 days before and 3 days after the offical incentive dates
(2 – 6 April 2020), and is subjected to the availability of rooms.

1. Do I need to tip and what are the guidelines?

Tipping for your tour managers (TM), coach captains, hotel porters and restaurant waiters are already included in the tour.
 
However, a 5-10% tip for your personal meals in restaurants will be appreciated although it is not obligatory.


2. Can I depart from Singapore ahead of the scheduled group departure date?

Yes, however you must arrive on 2 April in Zagreb and be at the Sheraton Zagreb hotel no later than 5.00pm .


3. Can I return to Singapore from Zagreb on a later date?

Yes, please make your own flight and hotel arrangements. Please ensure that your travel insurance covers the extended duration of your stay.


4. How can I make payment for additional services?

Full payment for additional services (single room upgrades and hotel extensions) can be paid during the pre-departure briefing. You may pay in cash or cheque in Singapore Dollars. Cheques are to be made payable to:

1. What will be the programme for Zagreb?

2. Is it compulsory for me to take part in all organised events?

Yes. You are required to attend all organised events as stipulated in the programme. Failure to do so without a valid reason will lead to your S$1,700.00 flight allowance being forfeited.

1. How do I register?

You will receive an email notification containing your unique registration link at your Income email. Please click on the registration link to register.


2. Can I make amendments to my registration form after I have submitted it?

You can amend your registration form by logging in to the registration portal before 11.59 pm on Sunday, 2 February 2020. Should you only decide to amend your registration after the closing date, you will need to send an email to signatureclass@mci-group.com.


3. I've replied NOT going and later decided to go, what should I do?

If you change your mind about your participation, you can still log in to the registration website before 11.59 pm on Sunday, 2 February 2020 to amend accordingly.
 
If you decide only to join after the closing date, please email signatureclass@mci-group.com. MCI Group Asia Pacific (MCI) will get back to you on your registration.


4. When does registration end?

Registration ends on Sunday, 2 February 2020, at 11.59 pm.


5. I've missed the online registration deadline and would like to register. What should I do?

6. Due to circumstances, I need to cancel my registration. How do I do that?

You can send an email to the event administrator at signatureclass@mci-group.com with your intention to cancel. Please state your name and agent code.
 
Please note the following cancellation fees:
 
Between 2 February 2020 – 28 February 2020 : No Cancellation Fee
28 February 2020 onwards : Cancellation Fee SGD 3,500

1. Do I require a visa for entry into Zagreb?

Singaporeans can visit Croatia for up to 90 days wihout a visa. Please note that Croatia is not part of the Schengen area.
 
Visitors to Zagreb must hold a valid passport or travel document with a minimum validity of six months from your date of return from Zagreb.

2. How much is the reimbursement for my air ticket purchase?

Income will reimburse a Flight Allowance of SGD$1,700.00 for your purchase of your air ticket.
 
Qualifiers will be responsible for

  • booking of your own flights between Singapore and Zagreb, Croatia
  • Arranging of your transport between airport and hotel
  • Purchasing of your travel insurance (mandatory) 
You will need to arrive at the official hotel – Sheraton Zagreb Hotel by 5:00 pm on 2nd April 2020 for the Welcome Dinner.

Flight Allowance is fixed at SGD $1,700.00 per person, and is subjected to the following terms and conditions:
  • You will need to attend the full official programme for Signature Class Zagreb 2020 to qualify for this allowance. Any Qualifier who fails to attend any part of the official programme without valid reasons will have his/her allowance forfeited.
  • No submission of invoices or receipts is required. For those eligible, the allowance will be credited into your bank account (via commission run/payroll)  after we return from the trip.
  • Qualifier must still be in service with Income until end April 2020.


3. Do I need to purchase Travel Insurance?

Yes, you will need to purchase your own travel insurance coverage during the event period from 2 to 6 April 2020.
 
Should you extend your trip beyond the incentive date, please ensure your travel insurance covers the entire duration of your trip.
