The COVID-19 situation around the world continues to escalate. To reduce the risk of Singaporeans contracting COVID-19 infection while overseas during this global pandemic, the authorities have advised Singaporeans to differ all non-essential travel abroad. This advisory will apply for 30 days, and will be reviewed thereafter. Singapore has also tightened its border control to further limit the importation of cases into Singapore.
Please read the advisory issued on 15 Mar 2020 here, and take note of the following:
Defer all non-essential travel
- Reps are advised to comply with the official travel advisories and defer all non-essential travel abroad for the time being. We all have a part to play in limiting the spread of the virus and in helping to protect our family, friends and community.
- Reps who have to travel during this period must declare your travel plans via this online form (travel), and keep your Agency Leaders informed of your travel plans. Please also check the MOH website for the latest measures before and during your trip as they evolve according to the global situation, and comply accordingly.

- Visitors to Income premises must continue to complete a health and travel declaration form. Visitors who have travelled to any of the countries listed above within the last 14 days, and those who are unwell or exhibit respiratory symptoms, will not be allowed to enter Income premises.
Social distancing at the workplace
- As Income staff continue to observe split-team operations strictly, continue to restrict your movement between Income offices and try to limit prolonged close contact when carrying out meetings.
- We ask for your cooperation to practice this mindfully as MOH has emphasised that social distancing is a critical factor in slowing the transmission of the virus.
- Please continue to take your temperature and submit readings twice daily via this online form (temperature). Do not come to the office if you are unwell, and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
We ask that you remain socially responsible and limit your own exposure by avoiding crowded spaces, practice social distancing in your daily activities, and continue to maintain good personal hygiene. We can and we will get through this!
Thank you.
