How to book a service
- Sign up to get a free quote here[4](you can request for up to three services in one form[5]).
- Receive a link to track your job status.
- Wait for service provider to contact you (approx. within 30 minutes of enquiry[6]).
- Decide if you want a non-obligatory assessment for a more accurate quote (transport charges apply).
- Accept the offer together with a 90-day service warranty[3].

During this period, the service provider will make repairs and fixes at no additional cost to you in the event that the original service rendered is faulty or proves unsatisfactory.
- Referral services are provided by NTUC Income Enterprises Pte Ltd (NIE), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTUC Income. View the privacy policy here.
- NTUC Income provides referral services for Home Services only. The service providers are independent vendors, and are not employed by nor an agent of NTUC Income Referral Services.
- The 90-day warranty period does not apply to the following services - funeral assistance, house moving, house cleaning, pest control, and network cabling. Warranty may not be extended for any of the following situations:
a) Repairs or service carried out based on the customer’s instructions which may defer from service provider’s proposal to rectify the
original issue or problem.
b) Equipment that the service provider is no longer able to secure spare
parts for (from the brand agent) and where the customer requested
for the service provider to make modifications or to use alternative
parts to resolve the issue or problem.
c) Spare parts or items purchased by the customer and which they
requested the service provider to use to resolve the issue or problem. - When you submit a request for a quote, you are required to agree to the Personal Data Collection statement.
- For all quotes, you need to agree to pay any and all transport charges for on-site visits even if you do not accept the job offer.
- Please note that we are unable to guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled. For time-sensitive requests that require immediate assistance, we will send you an SMS notification if we are unable to match you with a service provider within your preferred date and time.
- Any dispute about the quality, performance, loss or damage caused by the service provider must be resolved directly with the service provider. NTUC Income Referral Services is not liable in any way for any loss or damage, costs and expenses suffered arising from your use of our referral services or from any act, default or omission of the service providers.
- At the complainant’s request, NTUC Income may assist in a dispute between the complainant and the service provider by discussing such dispute with the service provider and revert to the complainant with suggested resolution. To avoid doubt, any dispute between the complainant and the service provider shall finally be resolved between the complainant and service provider. NTUC Income is not be responsible for settling any such dispute and is not liable to the service provider or the complainant.
Transport charges
For certain jobs such as renovation work, electrical rewiring, water seepage, plumbing works or air-con cabling, the service provider may require a site visit to provide an accurate quotation. A transport charge will be levied for each site visit.
