The first 50 customers who successfully register their interest via the form above between 1 July 2022 to 31 August 2022 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”) and complete the complimentary financial review before 30 September 2022 will be entitled to one First Aid Kit. This Promotion is on first-come-first-served basis and there will not be any additional First Aid Kit once all 50 First Aid Kits have been given out to eligible customers.
Each customer is eligible to receive the First Aid Kit only once upon successful registration via the form above during the Promotion Period and completion of the complimentary financial review before 30 September 2022. For the avoidance of doubt, customers who sign up more than one financial review with our Financialist Group II advisor even if made during the Promotion Period, will not be entitled to any additional First Aid Kit.
The First Aid Kit is not exchangeable for cash or any benefits-in-kind.
Usage of the First Aid Kit is subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant/manufacturer of the First Aid Kit.
Income is not the merchant/manufacturer of the First Aid Kit and provides no warranty in respect of it. Income shall not be responsible for all warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for use.
Under no circumstances shall Income be liable to any customers or other persons for liabilities, losses and damages, claims, costs, and expenses (including any special or consequential damages or losses) in connection with, relating to, or resulting from the use of the First Aid Kit.
No joint venture, sponsorship, tie up, agency, or any other relationship is intended or created between Income and the manufacturer/merchant of the First Aid Kit. Neither are these Terms and Conditions intended or deemed to be a connection with or use of the brand name of the of the First Aid Kit.
