Singapore’s First EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show… and probably the World’s First!

GENERAL

1. Income EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show (“Event”) is organised by IMAGINE+ PTE LTD in collaboration with Income Insurance Limited ("Income Insurance”). IMAGINE+ PTE LTD and Income Insurance shall be collectively referred to as the Organisers. The Event shall take place in accordance with these Rules & Regulations that is applicable to the Participants, which can be found at www.income.com.sg/evdrivein ("Official Website").
2. Completion of the online registration form confirms the Participants' agreement to abide by the relevant Rules & Regulations of Income EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show.
3. These Rules & Regulations apply at all material times and to any ruling of the Organisers.
4. The Participant agrees to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant contained in the registration form (the "Registration Data"); and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
5. The Organisers may contact the Participant from time to time by email, and/or text messages. Any notice sent to the email address and mobile number registered with the Organisers shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
6. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if the Organisers have grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organisers may suspend or terminate the Participant's registration and refuse access by the Participant to Income EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show.
7. Any disputes arising from participation in Income EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show shall be referred to arbitration to be conducted in Singapore under the laws of Singapore.
8. The Organisers reserve the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other records of the Event for the purposes of administering, organizing, and promoting current or future event in relation to the Event. The Participant is taken to have agreed to the foregoing when the online registration form is submitted.
9. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) without prior notification or any reasons thereof. 

REGISTRATION

1. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone Income EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case they will make an effort to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. If Income EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show has to be cancelled or postponed, there shall be no refund of registration fees paid and the Organisers shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.
2. The Organisers reserve the right in its absolute discretion to set the fees for the Event.
3. Once the online registration form and payment has been duly processed, there will be no refund of registration fees for those participants who eventually do not take part in Income EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show, for whatever reason.
4. The Organisers reserve the right to limit and refuse entries to prohibited areas without assigning any reasons thereof.
5. The Organisers shall not be held responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.
6. As indicated in the online entry form, the Participant must ensure they will be participating in the event in a BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle).  The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who drive-in with other types of vehicles – for instance, including but not limited to Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs), Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs), or Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) powered vehicles.

THE EVENT

1. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the Income EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show event layout and driving routes as they deem fit for the safety of the Participants and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the Participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. The Organisers shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.
2. The Organisers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the event in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the Organisers reserve the right to cancel the Event without refund of registration fees.
3. As indicated in the online entry form, the Participant must ensure they will be participating in the event in a 100% EV (electric vehicle) and that the driver of the vehicle has a valid driving license. The Organisers reserves the right to refuse entry to participants who drive-in with a non-electric vehicle (for instance, including but not limited to hybrid or internal combustion engine powered vehicles).
4. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items brought to the event by the Participant.
5. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who arrive on foot (i.e. without a drive-in electric vehicle).
6. The Organisers reserve the right to prohibit any vehicular movement during the event.
7. The Organisers reserve the right to relocate any vehicles’ parking spots before and during the event.
8. The Organisers reserve the right to remove any obstacles during the event that may disrupt the flow of the event or the experience of participants.
9. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any participants who did not register or who registered for a different timeslot.
10. No consumption of alcohol is allowed at the Event.
11. Participants are not permitted to smoke in the event space, and are only permitted to smoke in the designated smoking area.
12. Participants are to ensure that the driver of the vehicle has a valid driving license, and the vehicle has valid road tax, and valid coverage for third-party liability insurance for property damage and/or injuries/death to third party.

SAFETY & MEDICAL ADVISORY

1. Whilst reasonable precautions will be taken by the Organisers to ensure the safety of participants, Participants take part at their own risks and the Organisers, their sponsors and their appointed officials shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, costs and expenses, suffered or otherwise, and howsoever arising.
2. The Organisers reserves the right to remove any Participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the event to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself or other participant.
3. For the safety of participants, participants are advised to follow officials’ guidance on designated walking and driving paths and observe traffic flow and regulations.

WAIVER

1. I/We fully understand and acknowledge the risks involved in my participation in the Event and I accept full responsibility and assume all such risks.
2. I/We hereby represent, warrant and undertake to the Organisers the following with full knowledge that they shall be relied upon by the Organisers in accepting my registration: - 
   
   i. My/Our personal particulars disclosed in the registration form are accurate, full and complete;
   ii. I/We do not have any medical condition that would affect my safety or physical well-being. 
   iii. I am/ We are medically and physically fit and competent to participate in the Event; and
   iv. I/We shall dutifully and fully abide by these Rules and Regulations and any applicable laws.
   
   
3. I/We confirm that the representations, warranties and undertakings herein are true and accurate.
4. I/We acknowledge and agree to participate in the Event at my own risk. and the Organisers shall not be liable for any personal injury, death or loss or damages, costs and expenses resulting from my/our participation in the Event. I/We (including my heirs, successors and assigns) undertake not to make any claims or lodge any complaints whatsoever against the Organisers, Sponsors or officials of the Event for any injury, death or loss/damage to property, costs and expenses sustained during the Event/disputes over any matter in relation to the Event.
5. I/We (including my heirs, successors and assigns) agree to hold the Organisers, Sponsors, appointed officials/suppliers (each an 'Indemnified Party') harmless and keep each Indemnified Party fully and effectively indemnified from and against any and all losses, costs  (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), claims, damages and expenses whatsoever which any of them may incur (directly or indirectly) as a result of my breach of any of these Rules and Regulations.
6. These Rules and Regulations shall be governed under Singapore laws and I/We agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. I/We have read, understood and agree to the bound by these Rules and Regulations.
7. I am/We are agreeable to the Organisers or their facilitator to text message and/or email me/us on any service-related updates for purposes of this event only.

PERSONAL DATA USE STATEMENT
By completing and submitting this registration for Income EV-only Drive-in Comedy Show (the “Event”), I agree and consent to:
i) the collection, use and disclosure of the personal data (as set out in the registration form) by 
(A) Income Insurance Limited (“Income Insurance”) and IMAGINE+ PTE LTD (collectively “Organisers ”) and their third-party service providers for the purposes of administration, registration, logistic planning, and on any follow-up action or verification matters, pertaining to the Event including contacting me (via email, phone call and phone messaging); and 
(B) its future appointed event organisers for sending me updates via email and/or phone messaging on future such Event.  
ii) the collection, use and disclosure of any photographs and/or videos of me taken during the event by the Organisers for publication and promotion in relation to the Event including on their corporate websites and social media platforms.
Where the personal data of another person(s) (for example, emergency contact person, another participant(s)) is provided by me, I represent and warrant that I have obtained their consent for the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data; and I am authorised to give any authorisation and approval on their behalf for the purposes mentioned above.
I understand that I may email to mk@income.com.sg for correction, access and consent withdrawal of personal data collected in this registration form with respect to this Event. For other matters, I may email to incomeevdrivein@imagineplus.com.
