- For Weekly Cleaning, I note that the service is for general regular house cleaning on a regular basis and One-Time Cleaning is suitable for spring cleaning before a festive season (whichever is applicable).
- For weekly cleaning, I note that the rates applicable for floor area of 1300 ft2 and below for a minimum service period of 6 months. For service period less than 6 months, the service fee will be 10% higher.
- I note that I must provide cleaners with cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, window wiper, detergent for different floor types, cleaning cloth, ladder, pails and brushes for either weekly and one-time cleaning.

You may refuse or withdraw your consent for us to collect, use or disclose your personal data by giving us reasonable notice so long as there are no legal or contractual restrictions preventing you from doing so. But if you withdraw your consent for us to use your personal data for the services requested in this form, this will affect our ability to provide you with the services that you have asked for. Withdrawing such consent will require you to cancel this request. - Access and correction rights
You can request access to any personal data of yours that we have, and request to know how it is being used and disclosed for the last 12 months to the extent your right is allowed by law. If we allow you access, we may charge you a reasonable fee. You also have the right to request correction of your personal data.
