Colleagues at Income Centre were asked to return home an hour ago after a staff was found to be a suspect case (not a confirmed case) of COVID-19.
To safeguard our collective well-being, Income will commence disinfection and deep-cleaning of Income Centre, including the service branch at Level 1, by a NEA-approved specialist, as a precautionary measure.
Income Centre, Including the service branch at Level 1, will remain closed to all staff and visitors on Friday, 28 Feb 2020 to Sunday, 1 Mar 2020.
Under this arrangement, all staff based at Income Centre are to work from home on Friday, 28 February. You are not allowed to work from alternative Income office sites.
As we will have more staff working from home on Friday, you may experience slower VPN connectivity. We seek your understanding on this matter.
Under Split-Team Operations, those who are on rotation to work from Income Centre will resume reporting to work at Income Centre on Monday (2 March), and the branch will resume regular operations at 10.00am on Monday (2 March).
We will provide further updates on the situation as necessary.
In the meantime, staff who require clarification on the situation can speak to their managers.
We remind staff to continue maintaining high level of personal hygiene, and to seek medical attention when unwell.
Income remains fully committed to safeguard the well-being of our staff, customers and general public, and will continue our business operations in compliance to public health advisories issued by the authorities as we do our part as a socially responsible organisation in our fight against COVID-19.
Thank you.
