All claim related services at Ang Mo Kio and Bras Basah Branches are strictly by appointment only. For product advisory and policy servicing, customers may walk-in to our branches for assistance.
Quick Deposit Boxes for cheque or document drop-offs have been removed from our branches.
For greater convenience, customers are highly encouraged to manage the policy matters, submit documents and make premium payments digitally through our secure online portals.
