Superstar Award

For the first time, we have a EXSA Superstar Award winner in our organisation. The EXSA Superstar Award is a top award which recognises the best of the best in each service industry.

Natalie Chua from our Contact Centre has been acccorded with this highest honour, the first in the insurance industry, for her role in exhibiting consistent good customer service standard. Natalie not only provided good customer service to our customers, but also her exemplary service provided to her colleagues highlighted her role as not just a call centre agent, but also someone who can be entrusted with leadership roles in her field of work.
