Premium Rates

Kindly note the following points before referring to premium tables.

1. Country of Residence
   Refers to location of insured where residence is for a duration longer than 3 months. It does not refer to nationality of the insured. Insured must inform NTUC Income of any change in country of residence for more than 3 months as premiums payable may be different.
   
   
2. Annual premiums payable
   Determined by attained age, gender, country of residence, geographical scope and optional cover. Additional premium discounts are applicable if dependents are covered (5%) and Co-Payment option is taken up (20%).
   
   
3. Co-Payment (Optional)
   A premium discount of 20% is granted when insured takes up co-payment whereby WMI pays up to 85% of all eligible claims incurred. This co-payment will also apply to the optional outpatient cover.
   
   
4. Outpatient Cover (Optional)
   There is a separate level of premium rates should the insured opt for outpatient cover. The difference in rates is stated in the premium tables.
