Premium Payment

For your convenience, Insurance payments can be made via:

AXS Station

• Life Renewal Premium (ILP top up & policy loan repayment are excluded)
• Motor Insurance
• Home Insurance
• Personal Accident Insurance
• Medical Insurance
• Foreign Maid Insurance
• Loans (exclude Policy Loan)

Please quote the 11 digits bill reference number stated on the payment notice. You can also scan the barcode which can be found on your payment notice at the AXS station.

Credit Cards

• You can pay your first premium via credit card if you are applying for a regular premium policy.
• You can pay up to a maximum of $3,000 per policy using your credit card for this first premium.
• We do not accept credit card payments for subsequent renewal premiums or for single premium plans.

• You can pay your General Insurance's lump sum premium via credit card for the following products below.
  

  - Motor Insurance
  - PAID
  - Travel
  - Home Insurance
  - Personal Accident Insurance
  - Foreign Maid Insurance
  

• Installment cases are only allowed for Motor Insurance (only for DBS/POSB, UOB and OCBC credit cards). 
  
  
• For Foreign Maid Insurance application via phone, the cardholder must provide the 3 digit CVV security code in order for us to effect this transaction.

Internet Banking

Cheque

• Please make your cheque payable to NTUC INCOME and indicate your reference number and contact number on the reverse of your cheque. You may mail your cheque to 75 Bras Basah Road, NTUC Income Centre Singapore 189557.
