What it covers

Primary care benefit

You can make unlimited visits to our panel GP clinics or polyclinics [1] at only $5 co-payment per visit. This includes consultation, prescribed medication and basic diagnostic tests, x-rays and procedures. For non-panel clinics, you will be reimbursed up to $10 per visit, or the actual amount spent (whichever is lower), for a maximum of 3 visits per policy year.

For specialised investigations (e.g. CT scans, MRI, Barium Studies), you will have to co-pay 10% of the cost of investigations.

Specialist care benefit

You can enjoy specialist outpatient care at our panel clinics at only $15 co-payment [2] per visit upon referral by our panel GP doctors. This includes consultation, prescribed medication and basic diagnostic tests, x-rays and procedures. We will pay up to $500 each policy year.

Co-payment [2] amount and limits per visit varies with each specialist outpatient clinic.

Hospital care

You will have to co-pay 10% of the total eligible hospital bill, as well as the expenses in excess of your plan limits [3].

Emergency care

You will only need to co-pay $10 for each emergency in any restructured hospital in Singapore. For emergencies in private hospitals or clinics, you will need to pay for the full medical charges first and NTUC Income will reimburse you up to $70 per visit after the $10 co-payment.
