Who is eligble for this contest?

We send email surveys to our Policyholders and Big Trumpet members.

If you wish to receive this survey, drop us an email at survey@income.com.sg and we will send you the email survey shortly.


I am not an Income Policyholder or Big Trumpet member, can I still take part?

For most contests, you need to be either citizens or permanent residents of Singapore. You can refer to the rules and regulations posted under each contests for more details.


I like to be invited for such surveys in future.

You may drop us an email at survey@income.com.sg and we will include you for future surveys.

What is required by me to join the contest?

If you are not invited through email surveys, you need to provide us with name,contact number, NRIC. These are mandantory fields under the rules and regulations for contests. Please check the Rules and Regulations under each contest for more details.


When is the closing and draw date for the contests?

We encourage you to complete the survey and submit it to us at the earliest date. You can refer to the rules and regulations posted under each contests for more details. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.


How would I be notified if I won a prize?

We would post the results of the winners on our website www.income.com.sg, and we will notify the winners through email to collect their prizes.


What to do when I encounter errors with surveys?

The servers could be experiencing high traffic and unable to serve your request. You can email your answers to us through survey@income.com.sg, we will do the submission on your behalf.
