I handed the cheques to my policyholder's wife. She was appreciative of Income quick payout. She remarked and disappointed that Co A has to write to China to confirm the death of my policyholder before further action can be taken. She also said just an Endowment policy for the child need to go through so much.

I told her whatever it is, action speaks for itself. Whatever rumours of Income, the end results shows. She nodded with agreement.

This is my first death claim and would like to take this opportunity to thank Josephine Tong (Life claims)

for being so helpful and making this claim speedy and smooth.
