I am writing this letter to express my heart-felt gratitude to your company for the thoughtfulness and sensitivity with which my claim was considered, processed and finally settled. I received your
company's cheque on 8th July 2000.
In particular, I would like to highly commend your Mr Peh Chee Keong, Ms Josephine Tan and Mr Jimmy Ho who individually and as a team showed much professionalism tempered with compassion in their handling of my claim. I have come to learn that they have gone beyond the call of duty and spared no effort to convince the re-insurers about my case.
I must mention your agent par-excellence, Mr Thomas Phua, who always keeps the interests of his clients close to his heart. He has canvassed for my claim with much earnest and rendered me first-class service.
This experience has reaffirmed my belief in life insurance as an instrument of provision and protection against the vagaries and the unexpected in one's life. More specifically, the actions of your
dedicated staff have adequately demonstrated the declared aim of your company to help policyholders cope with difficult times. I will, without reservations, recommend INCOME to those who might ask for
my opinion on the company to buy insurance from.
The prompt settlement of my claim has eased my concern over the daunting prospect of facing future financial burdens.
Finally, do allow me to compliment you for instilling sterling qualities and convictions in your staff members which, I realise, must reflect your very own.
