One of our motor policyholders had his windscreen shattered recently. After making a police report, the owner unknowingly sent the vehicle to a workshop but was told that they do not repair windscreen.

The owner was then redirected to our windscreen workshop Ms Tuffi Pte Ltd at Sin Ming Drive. The staff at the workshop were very reassuring and did much to allay the owner's anxieties. The repair was done on- the-spot.

The owner was able to have his vehicle back in the same afternoon. The service provided by our service partner has turned an unpleasant situation into a pleasant one.
